The staff was very friendly and courteous, especially Richelle (I think?). One small thing I appreciated was the text message reminders of my upcoming appointment; I thought that was nice. I was very impressed with Dr. Rob. He obviously knows what he is doing, and his clinic employs a lot of modern equipment not available when I did my last eye exam. He really took the time to explain how the eye ages and what to expect as I get older. I had a very positive experience. What a great team!

Having someone in your face with cigarette breath and chomping on gum is not a pleasant experience. Besides that, the clinic is very small and the glasses selection is very limited. Customer service was okay. I probably received the best service from the guy who adjusted my frames. Skip this place and find another eye clinic in Eagle River, or go somewhere in Anchorage if you can.
