After calling 2 locksmiths and getting no service, I called Dr. Lock.. I should have called them first. Pleasent when they answered the phone and received a same day appointment for a broken lock. James from Dr. Lock and Key came out to our house to unlock a desk drawer that locked with the key inside (who knew!?). My call was answered promptly, but since it wasn't an emergency I scheduled an appointment for the next day. James showed up right on time and had the lock open quickly. The key wasn't working well, but he cleaned it up so now it opens easily. The price was surprisingly low and I'm glad I didn't have to take the giant desk to them!
