I requested all the locks to my house be changed and I wanted just one key to operate all of the…read morelocks which would be for all 10 locks. Instead of replacing the locks with brand new locks they stated they would just rekey the existing locks however, there was a problem with two of the ten locks one of the front door locks and another lock to the back door so the two problematic locks had to be replaced with two different locks which meant I would have two different keys for the 10 locks. Also it took two different days for the installation of the locks, on Friday and today, Monday...biggest mistake I made was selecting Keymasters Lock and Key.
