Delicious food truck. The service here is basic not overly friendly or anything like that. You just order your food pay for it and then they give you a pager when the food is ready. I got the lamb steak on fries. The food was very good. Everything was super tasty. I will say this is a very heavy dish so I would recommend sharing this with some friends. They sure were friendly and talkative when I ordered and they took my money. But when I pointed out problems with the order, suddenly it was "no speak English". First and foremost, the bread or the roll that the cheesesteak is served on is critical. The one at Dr. Philly Cheese Steak was average. As for the filling, the meat itself was good and I did enjoy the sautéed mushrooms and onions, that's how I like my cheesesteaks. I did find the overall taste to be a little too salty and there was a unique seasoning blend that I couldn't put my finger on. I went based on the recent KOIN "Cart of the Week" video. It was one of those 3.5 Star experiences. The Philly portion was ample, the bread soft and chewy. I opted for Provolone, three slices were a perfect gooey throughout. Unfortunately, they add some sort of spice that's overpowering (not hot), so I didn't finish the sandwich. Average fries were also topped with what seems to be the same spice. I will request to leave it off next time. I couldn't decide between Provolone or Whiz, so he gave me a side of the latter. The bread was nice and soft and the sandwich overall was flavorful. The fries weren't bad either, kinda average but they were cooked well. I think for $11 total this was a great price for the portion you get. Highly recommend enjoying it fresh. Service was friendly and quick. Food hit the spot, with generous amounts of fries and meat, both of the individual items probably being enough food that two people could easily split them. My wife just got a sandwich from this cart. Pretty inedible. She got about 1/2 way through before we tossed it. The meat seems to be seasoned with 'taco seasoning', or that's what it tastes like. If you're looking for an authentic cheesesteak this is NOT the place for you! There's better places around this food park. Go for a different one. read more

They hand me my order I get home open the boxes, 2 cheesesteaks with provolone cheese. Basically disregarded what I ordered completely and just gave whatever they wanted. We got the polish hot dog, Philly cheese steak and then then lamb steak fries - which was the best thing I never knew I needed in my life lol! The meat is seasoned to perfection, so tender and not over cooked! And the sauce on the side... WOW!!! The service was good even though they were busy!
