This review is for the entire practice…read more Dr. Mruk is fine. She's pleasant, she's nice, and she goes out of her way to try to help people. I like her. I didn't see her for anything beyond annual check-up, so cannot comment on more serious medical matters. However, another doctor I saw at this practice (forgot the name, a woman in the 50s) was entirely useless. She ordered a blood test upon my insistance, and gave me no medical advice whatsoever. Anything I asked, her answer was simply, "go see a specialist. " I actually got billed for over $200 for 10 minutes' useless conversation. Worst of all, the staff at this practice is unbelievably incompetent and insolent. They messed up my appointments. I had to wait for over an hour and left without being able to see the doctor. They messed up my bills, and simply wouldn't correct it. I don't have time to fight with various billing departments as well as the insurance company, so now I'll have to pay $200+ extra. I will never go back to this place. So, bottom line: if you don't mind throwing away money, hanging out at a waiting room indefinitely, and not getting any medical advice, then this is your place.

I scheduled an appointment after a few days of feeling under the weather and he performed the necessary checks and took my blood. I can promise you that he gave the BEST needle I have ever received. I didn't feel a thing! He is extremely nice and personable and knowledgeable in his field of work. I'm so glad to have a primary physician like Dr. Roseman. A visit to Dr. Roseman is more than just a doctor's visit, its a chance to see someone who cares and wants to get to know you. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Roseman

Also be prepared to wait an hour before they see you for your appointment. Money hungry people always also make you come three times for something that can be done in one visit so they can charge for 3 visits. US medical practice for you!
