I did not hear back from them, so I visited their office in person. The receptionist informed me that none of the dentists in this office were accepting new patients and have not been accepting new patients for over three years. I advised her their website indicated they were accepting new patients, and she told me they have made requests to their technology person who has not updated the website. I have reached out to my dental insurance network to let them know what has happened and for their provider referral system to be updated. Makes me wonder what they have done with my personal information provided on their e-forms which I was misled were to establish a doctor/patient relationship.

They were especially helpful after I gave birth to my son. I was very out of alignment and they helped ease the pain and get me going again! From one time visits for unusual pains to weekly care plans to help realign and stay comfortable, I wouldn't go anywhere else! My best experience was a week ago when I tagged along with my mother to her appointment. I decided to see if they would accept my new insurance- the receptionist checked right then and there and told me my copay too!
