Anyways, my appointment time was 12:10 PM, showed up an hour early, was able to get in within 15-25 minutes of waiting, which is really excellent, compared to previous doctors, where I came in early, waited about an hour after my appointment time to be checked out. I had spent 30 minutes with the employee selecting sunglass features and apparently he completed the paperwork incorrectly and ordered clear. The manager refused to make it right, said it's your word against the paperwork and said that employee didn't work there but filled in from another location. I said he obviously made a mistake on the order form and he said he didn't think so. Didn't even offer to call him to verify. I said you don't know how to manage this business if you're willing to lose two customers for what, 50 bucks to make it right? How about this one star Yelp review is that worth it?

Dr said I would have follow up visits to check, which by the way, is not part of the original surgery costs. Got an eye exam for glasses after the surgery, which I got billed for, which they said was no good. Have to get another one. Why couldn't they have told me that in the beginning?
