(Synopsis is: great for exam, but ignore the sales portion at the end.) The biggest one is they do not include your pupillary distance (PD) in your exam results, which is taken during the exam. They say that it's because they measure it at the time you purchase your frames, but that is a blatant lie. They will refuse to give you your PD. You can easily measure it yourself, the average is about 63, but every person is different so always check. Secondly, the frames associates will use pressure sales tactics and the highest price settings on original offer. They'll downgrade the add-ons if you start looking unimpressed with the pricing, but I cannot recommend a store that starts at the highest available cost for their customer.

Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo.
