The good: prices, first and foremost. I paid $600 for a mid-grade job. It came out way better than I expected. Also good is it only took them 4 days, which isnt too bad. The bad: overspray all over my wheels. I had to spend a good 3 hours with paint thinner to remove all the overspray. They also didnt tape right in areas, leaving a few small gaps where you can see the old paint. Luckily they are in areas that arent glaringly obvious. But the worst part was when I picked my car up, my passenger side mirror had been hit pretty good. The paint was still in tact, but the mirror housing was knocked way loose. I had to fix that as well, and now my mirror just doesnt fit the same way it used to. Meh, thats what you get for getting a cheap paint job, I guess. Had there been none of these "bad" mentions, they would for sure get 5 stars from me. read more

I found Dr. Spray a little over a year ago and they painted my car. They did an Amazing Job and I was happy. Fast Forward, I sold that car and got it back from the person that I sold it to, but in horrible shape. No worries, I took it to Dr. Spray and they took care of me, and re-painted my car Purple Haze. It looks so good and they did it in 4 days. They also took care of some extra stuff for me without charging extra. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. A week ago employee stated the peeling of the paint was not rock chips, no damage to the primer underneath and should be covered under warranty. Took pictures, entered into computer. Told us the office would call to schedule appointment. After waiting over a week, no call. Went back to shop today, owner comes out glances at car and says it's rock chips, says his employee who told us it wasn't doesn't know what he's talking about and walked away. I'm retired and car has been in garage almost all the time since painted. Never been hit by rocks, barley driven. Believe the bad reviews, THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON HIS WORK. read more

I found Dr. Spray after searching for a place to have my Honda Fit repainted at a reasonable price. I had gotten an estimate from another shop and honestly was not impressed with what they were offering for the price. I decided to give Dr. Spray a call and spoke with Daryl on the phone. I was impressed with his customer service skills over the phone so I decided to go and check them out. The shop is about 30 minutes from my home but i figured it was worth driving and checking them out. Well...I arrived and Daryl quickly gave me some estimates and completely explained what my options were. He recommended one of the more reasonable options based on the age of the car and when i explained the situation. He did not push for the higher priced service but only explained the different options. He gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than the other guys and it even included some body work and having my headlights restored. We decided to drop it off the next day. So far so good! We picked the Honda up a few days later and was VERY impressed with the results. Daryl even had the body guy fix some of the small dents that were not on the original estimate for no extra charge. The quality of the work was really good and the Honda looks all nice and shiny again! The paint sparkles and the headlights are clear once again! For the money we paid and the quality of the job that was done, I consider Dr. Spray to be a great value! I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone looking to have good work done at a fair price. We will be back to have our other car "spruced up" a little bit and a few dents fixed. Took my 2013 Ram 1500 Crew Cab in for several dents/scratches to be repaired due to vandalism. My truck took 10+ weeks, and when it was finally returned the paint was terrible. Primer had solvent in it and paint severely bubbled on top of the massive overspray on everything, burned up and cracked rubber seals, even overspray all over the motor and on the door panels!! Took in back again and they said they would sand it to the metal and re-accomplish due to poor previous poor prep work. After another 7+ weeks, MORE overspray(fully silver spare tire and exhaust tips which were black), broken door panel bolts/fasteners, broken bed rail caps, badly stained back seat cloth from all of their dirty tools and car parts they threw on them, ruined door panels due to solvent they used to try and clean off overspray, and fully oversprayed windshield! I couldn't see worth a damn driving home, had to use my own solvent to get it off. Bottom line, if you care even remotely about your car, steer clear of Dr. Spray....BTW, I didn't go for their budget package, mine was over $2000! These people have no integrity and lie to your face every step of the way. When I took it back after the first botched job, they kept telling me over the phone in the preceding 5 weeks that it was at various stages of completion. I decided to drive down in the 5th week, and was just sitting there with some masking tape on it. No sanding, no primer, basically no prep whatsoever! Now my truck is seriously devalued.
