Took my car here for two insurance claim repairs and very much regret it! My insurance paid for a rental car (a very expensive to fuel SUV) but this shop had my car for two months, so eventually ended up costing me a fortune, not to mention replying on my car for income. The part was backordered, and so they just kept my car for two months. (I had to call weekly for an update) I explained many times how tight I was on money, how I needed this not to cost me any extra. They knew my I needed my car for work. Once the part was in, I could no longer afford to do both claims because of the cost of being without a car for so long. They still charged me to put the car back together, despite still doing the other claim. In the end they still didn't put my car back together properly, the key part fell out in my hand, when I took that to be fixed, they still did something wrong and the lock mechanism still doesn't work. Overall I chose this place because they helped with deductibles but it cost me thousands in the end and only partially repaired. Don't go here unless time or money is not an issue. read more

My experience with dynasty collision was okay but where it took turn for the worst was I had a vehicle with Auto Glass damage that I brought to them. They informed me they did not do auto glass but they referred a company to me called Phoenix auto glass. Man by the name of Eddie came out and I paid him cash up front for the work. He informed me if I paid him cash it would be less. Long story short 3 weeks later the work was still not completed and I had to order the parts and material myself because Eddie said he couldn't find it. The very first phone call I made the Bell Road Honda I ordered it successfully with less than 2 minutes. Then when the part arrives he installs my window switch but he does not reinstall my door lock. My original problem was the window was off the track. Then after he worked on it he told me my window switch was bad. Then after you put the window switch in now I don't have a door lock on my door. It was like he was so close to getting it right every time but he just couldn't do his job right. That is my only complaint with dynasty collision is they do business with unprofessional people. read more

Being a female i am always worried about being taken advantage of when i have issues with my car. Peter and Troy never made me feel that way. There was something dragging on the bottom of my car (and i mean dragging as in i thought my car was faing apart all the way there) i had no idea what could have been messed up. They immediately looked at my car and told me it wasnt anything major and it looked like someone forgot to put a bolt back on and they fixed it for me within 10 minutes at no cost to me. This was my 1st accident that I've been on and it wasn't even my fault I got hit by someone that had no breaks and damage my Escalade. This place is the wroste place to bring your car .. My bumper was damaged and all the cover shields . So this people uses after market parts with acknowledge me that they will use after market paets .. they installed after market cover shields and of course there not the right fit and screws are falling and my car is making noises because all the parts are loose Ive went back and ask why is the parts loose and they told me because my insurance allows after market parts to be used .. I am taking this place to court because this is a ripoff.. Now I have a 2017 nissan maxima that sounds like an old cars .. Please don't make the same mistake I did bringing my car to the wrong hands .. they dont even deserve 1 star but I had to put it in order to post my review. I just saw the owner reply to my review and he is totally lying.. my insurance doesn't say it only covers after market parts who will have an insurance like that doesn't even make sense .. I didnt even hit my car after they fixed it is a totally lies .. I was recommended this body shop by a friend of mine and I will never be going to this shop again. When dealing with my insurance, they did not even realize they had the claim estimate from Geico until I followed up with the shop. The shop asked me call my insurance in which my insurance stated they had already sent the claim earlier that morning. Next, although the part they ordered came to them damaged, I was not informed of this & not given an updated date for when my car would be finished. When I followed up to see if it would be finished soon, this is when I was given the update. Now, I'm 7 weeks out & have been asking for an ETA of when my car would be finished. Now I'm getting that they are short staffed and behind on their work. It will be almost two weeks with the new non-damaged part and still no ETA of when my car will be finished. My insurance has covered almost a month of a rental car. ONLY saving grace is that the shop are now offering a loaner once my rental gives out. Understanding many factors are out of their control, however the lack of communication has been frustrating read more

I left my car, for a small rear fender bender. Progressive sent me to Service Kings and they couldn't take my car.They we're overbooked, I found Dynasty Collision. Super friendly and very nice phone manners. I dropped off my Nissan Rogue on August 4th, 2023. As of today September 13, 2023 , I have been told the Adjuster hasn't been by, then the parts haven't gotten here yet and then it's being painted for 2 weeks so far. I don't feel angry, this is my fault for driving somewhere I should have not been. I call to see what the status is, Ryan tells me every week , maybe next week. Today I called and he said maybe by the end of week, end of week? Is it to hopeful to think maybe its going to be done on Friday. Do not come here unless you want to wait 4 months, get cussed out and insulted, and lied to. I took my truck here and it took them almost 4 months to repair a rear end collision, I never got any updates, and was made to feel annoying for wanting to know the status of my brand new truck. They told me it could be an additional 30 days to 4 months. So I requested to take it to another shop and be given my check from insurance back. They did not honor the "No deductible" they advertise, and ended up charging me $2,600 to remove, install, and paint my read bumper. They also left paint marks on my steering wheel, completely messed up the paint on my front bumper and refused to fix it, ruined my license plate and left tape residue to dry and get stuck on It, did not install trim correctly, one trim was missing and they refused to order me a new one, and when I said it was their fault because I brought the truck in with it, and they lost it, the owner called me a stupid ass under his breath, and when I asked him to repeat himself he continued cussing me out, insulting me, and even tried to tell me to go outside so I could fight with him. I finally had them return my truck and the man who pulled it up rudely slammed my door just to me a jerk. After looking over my truck after they returned it after the owner argued with me and called me multiple slurs and names, I noticed they keyed my fender, and hit my door on something. They clearly are not experienced enough to be doing this type of work, because they called me and mistaked my muffler, for a catalytic converter, and said it had been stolen, they also said the trim piece I was missing was one time use, when I work in a auto shop and know you can reuse the trim, you just need to replace the clips that attach it. I would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

Do not go to this shop. He told me over 10 days ago that he would have my insurance company at his shop within three days after me dropping off my car. My insurance company says they have never even received a call. He has been holding my car for one week with absolutely no repairs and no contact with my insurance company. Then when I told him we were uncomfortable with his lack of progress and we were coming to get the car he threatened that he would charge me a fee. He has provided zero service. We are in touch with the police and are on our way to get the car now I will update this depending on what happens next in the situation. In addition we have called multiple times and everything goes right to his voicemail he has never returned any of our calls but today when we told him we were coming to pick up the car not only did he take our call but then he started texting us as well so we has no problem getting in touch with his customers once they call him out on his work, and demand the car back. Specifically told him when I drop the car off I do not want to drop the car off unless I know when it's going to start getting worked on and when it's going to be finished and there is no reason to drop the car off it's not going to be started right away he's been sitting on my car for 10 days!!! And has done nothing to my car for 10 days and nothing in sight from my insurance company we are done and we are dealing with our insurance company direct Even though my insurance company has never heard from him and even though he did not get them to approve any of his additional changes that he wanted changed on the bill he is trying to charge us $500 and refusing to release the car we have now called the police buyer beware I will update this as the police come Now we know why they have been ignoring our calls he give me one piece of paper to sign with two signatures one of them was obscured by the second sheet and one of them was a garage clean that I did not have a chance to see Read and just sign because it was attached to the other paper. I am reporting this as a felony crime and the police are here now. They are charging me $500 for taking apart my car and nothing else. They are charging $100 per day storage even though they refused and admitted that they have not been returning my calls. Will be taking them to civil court, and filing complaint with the BBB. They charged us $500 to remove the front and back bumpers this place is a scam please beware. read more

Peter has gone above and beyond to assist me at every step not only with the Insurance company but with all of the million questions I have and the outside of Lexus work that needs to be done. Took car into shop on Jan 30 and didn't get back till March 6. In between a myriad of excuses. Tried to use knock off after market parts they even admitted they wouldn't fit. They took a week to even submit an updated estimate to my insurance company that was more then double what Calibre collision came up with. Finally after tons of excuses I filed a complaint with the AZ Atty Gen office. What they are doing is essentially insurance fraud trumping up repair costs to hide deductibles in order to waive them supposedly. This shop is shady as hell to say the least. They ended up dumping the issue on some Jr member of their shop while the rest wouldn't even look at me and it was rather obvious they wanted me to just go away as a customer. DO NOT take your vehicle to Dynasty Collision. Took our truck here after it had been in an accident, and we were paying out of pocket for the repairs. They did not do the proper work to make the truck mechanically sound or safe. They left damaged parts on the truck that would have led to more costly repairs and were safety concerns. They did not do all the work that was agreed upon in original quote. After taking the truck back to get those repairs fixed, they failed yet again to do the correct work. The owner also tried to have me pay extra for parts that should have been fixed the first time I took it there, and I ended up finding the parts directly from the dealership at a much cheaper price. Then did the work MYSELF to make sure the job was done correctly. Most of all - the owner (Peter) gives you false promises and wants to rip you off any way possible for his financial benefit. Safety is always number one, but money is more important to him. Peter is one of the owner types that will add on an extra $200 worth of imaginary labor to your bill and then tell you, "Hey, I even took $200 off your total so I'm doing you a favor"... when in reality, you're not saving any money, he's just trying to make himself look good while he secretly upcharges you for personal profit. Also, whoever quotes their prices for parts needs to be fired. Or that is just Peter's way of doing business and marking up USED parts 40% above the wholesale prices they buy it for... The entire shop at Dynasty Collision is a scam to get your money with unhonest work that'll end up costing you more money in the long run. All of the mechanics there look like crack heads off the street and I would not trust any of them to work on your vehicle, let alone the owner. Denise had such a great disposition and made sure she stayed in communication with me all along the way regarding the status of my repair, which took longer than usual because of COVID delays with receiving the necessary parts. Truly appreciated her consistent communication so I didn't feel like I was in the dark. Once the repairs were done the car looked EXCELLENT like nothing ever happened. My girlfriend and I had our engine replaced by Troy and his team several weeks ago, during the test drive after replacing a new engine2!q, Troy heard the brakes weren't quite right. My girlfriend and I are both deaf, so slight sounds that do not sound right coukd lead to major distasters. He told us that we should get our brakes taken care of within a couple weeks otherwise it could lead to a major problem with the brakes. Engine is still running great. Troy did not charge an arm or leg to get the brakes taken care of. My girlfriend and I are customers for life because he is an honest and trustworthy gentleman. We will be taking our cars to him for tune ups, oil changes and making sure our cars are in good working order and making sure that slight sounds that we can't hear and prevent it to lead to major problems. read more

I do not ever recommend Dynasty Collision!!!!Dynasty Collision is by far the worst company I have ever worked with! After a minor accident they replaced my radiator. A week after the replacement my transmission light came on so I took it to AMCO where I was asked if my radiator had recently been replaced. I replied yes and asked why. They told me who ever replaced it (Dynasty Collision) had forgot to put a bolt in which compromised the seal and we would need a whole new radiator. So we got our van towed back to Dynasty because they gave us a warranty when they fixed it the first time. They inspected our van this morning and then called to tell me they are voiding our warranty because they didn't make a mistake our vehicle had clearly been in another accident. We told them it had not and we had pictures and other mechanics whom can confirm that. They told us they didn't care and Thomas the manager said "good luck trying to prove it wasn't in another accident." So pretty much they took the money from our insurance to fix our car and then didn't and now they are just keeping that money and telling us too bad so sad. I don't even know where to start or what to do. Insurance says unfortunately they already paid to have it fixed so there is nothing they can do read more

First off let me say that I was searching for a shop to do the work on my wife's car. We walked in there and got a quote they promised us good work and reliability. We decided to go with this shop, now they want to back down on the deal. I have a printed quote from them stating they were going to cover 100% of my deductible.
