Do not purchase here, go to trailer sales else where. They have false advertising and the rate quote online is not the one in the store. They try to sell you other things that do not fit the trailer you purchased and they they say for a small fee we can make it fit. I do not purchase something only to "make it fit." The trailer I got is amazing, but not because of them, it is because Diamond is a great trailer. read more

I love this place. Even though I live almost 3 hours away from them, I have purchased two trailers from them since 2020 (20' deckover bumper pull and 30' gooseneck deckover). Don't trust these guys at all. READ REVIEWS! This isn't the first time customers have complained about this happening. I've been looking for a good deal on a enclosed trailer. Well scrolling thru marketplace and all of a sudden one pops up near me. It was a 2019 RC 6x12 for $2825. A great deal! Immediately sent a message that I'd like to come look at it. After no response....still haven't gotten one...I decided I would just call since it was going to be close to closing if I left right away. The salesman I spoke to had absolutely zero clue about this trailer and said he didn't see it in inventory. When I told him that it literally was just posted he asked under what name. I gave him the sellers name and thought maybe it was a scam because of the spelling. To my surprise he said, no that's one of our guys let me check. After a brief hold he explained once again no one knew anything about the trailer, but he would take my name and number. Then the sales pitch started on a new trailer (it's the guys job to sell) and I wasn't interested. It was closing time. I checked the next morning, no response, but the Ad was still up. I figured it's only 15mins away so I'll just drive there and be there right when they open. When I walked in I showed the salesman the ad and both of them started looking for it. After asking everyone in the office if they sold or added that trailer to inventory there was still no clue. The one salesman called the owner/manager (Scott) and asked him. After he hung up I was told it sold. BUUUTT Let me see if I can get you a deal on a new one....again their job to sell I get it however not interested in spending double the price. What they didn't know was when I had called and how long I was on the phone. So explain to me how a trailer got sold just mins after being posted and within that same time frame no one in the office had a clue it happened. Where's the paperwork? This was a classic example of baiting people with fake ads and hoping they would bite on a new one. Personally I hate being lied to and will never buy a trailer or recommend someone else buy a trailer from DR! read more

Had bought a gooseneck trailer PJ brand $17,000 used it once was unhappy with its performance and went to go trade in for a bumper pull trailer and was offered $10,000 and it's brand new very discouraging today company would try to rip you off that much on a trailer they just sold you and we're unhappy with I feel that they're very dishonest and customer service and only look out to sell the trailer to the customer and this is the fourth one that I have button from them I won't recommend them to anybody read more

Rep refused and told me I could look online. He then told me he had a trailer that would fit my needs. I asked him to email me the specifics. he refused and told me I could look online but I needed to give him a deposit over the phone because "the trailer wouldn't be around long" . Told him I wasnt going to give a site unseen deposit on a trailer he wouldnt email me info on. The sales rep had a I dont have time for you attitude during the whole conversation. Their site does not list the actual weight of the trailers. It was the only question that I asked the guy. He acted like it was they end of the world to provide the info. I was a cash customer. whoever manages their facebook has my number and I confirmed i confirmed that the have received it. they had a conversation with my brother thru facebook but have not contacted me. My boyfriend bought an enclosed trailer from them. Within 2 months, the panels were coming off the sides, the diamond plate was coming off the front, the door pulley became uneven and loose. Of course we took it back because it's under warranty. After telling him it'd be done in a week, he called and they said after it sat there for a week that they'd then have to send it back to the manufacturer. Then, almost 2 months later, they called to have him come pick it up, and after showing up it still wasn't done. Said it'll be a few more days. Phenomenal customer service when they wanted to sell, but terrible customer service when it comes to following up. Won't purchase from them again. read more

We bought a brand new Calico horse trailer from DR Trailer and 3 of our horses were injured as a result. They were injured to various degrees #airguitarrockstar with just a couple scratches, #casimirquiche to a cut on her hock that needed stitches to #rockahulababy who suffered the most damage to her hind legs and feet. This calico brand trailer was purchased 3 weeks prior from DR Trailer in Milan Michigan brand new and the partition dividers failed us. They were popped out and dropped to the floor where the horses got their feet caught in between them. Baby was laying down in the trailer at one point as we tried to get her out. We are lucky that it wasn't much worse and will only miss a short time racing rather than entire careers ended. So we took our trailer back to return it and were very disappointed with how DR Trailers handled our issue. They did give us the pre tax price back for it but made us take the loss on the tax and tags and credit card fee etc. The biggest problems we had with this was the lack of sympathy. They seemed more worried about the loss from reselling this trailer than what we had went through because they sold us an unsafe product. Our horses were blamed for this not the trailer. They made it out to be our fault. Told us we should have inspected the brand new trailer better ourselves and that we shouldn't race 3 in the 3 horse trailer etc. Also salesman Bob told us that we got what we paid for because we bought that trailer meaning we should have bought one of the higher end trailers they have or something instead. This made us sick to our stomachs and I am absolutely disgusted by the words that came out of the mouths of these trailer salesmen. We have vet bills and will miss weeks of racing because of this and yet it is somehow our fault not the trailer they sold us brand new with a faulty partion. read more
