They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and kept our money while we thought they put the hitch on but they did the right thing. It's so refreshing to know that there are still honest businesses out there. Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

The original issue was not even fixed, when brought back they said they would check the issue for free then next day they wanted $200 to check. So if you want your issue not fixed and want the price continually changing this is your place, but if you want it done right go somewhere else. They are scam artists and terrible repairmen.

When you arrive they hit you with several fees $15.00 per day for using your own insurance and a $30 miscellaneous fee. Mine averaged out to about $40 a day. Lori was great. She is friendly and personal. I did have a problem with the car the first weekend. I called Lori. She scheduled a service appointment. I went to the service department where I was met with people that didn't look to happy about their day or job. They sent me to the Chevy dealer down the street since they didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem. The other dealership was great and it was only a minor spark plug and coil replacement and I was on my way. All in all my experience was good but I question if it would be good if I had to get routine maintenance in the service department every few months.

I then took my truck to Bill Brown Ford in Livonia, and they diagnosed worn front end componentry. they said its lucky you brought it to us when you did.....I was absolutely furious when they told me this.....Jack Demmer Ford employs absolute buffoons....please do not take your vehicle there. When front end components fail you can be left in a potentially serious safety situation.....absolute incompetence at Jack Demmer Ford.
