Purchased a trailer here. Wish I hadn't they are rude as hell. When I asked how to set it up the guy who pulled my trailer up told me to ask the guy inside he didn't have time. Went in and stood around for 30 minutes and still no help. I'll never go back. There's many trailer sellers out there I've learned that are much better than this place. read more

This is a trailer store that offers a service department and parts. It is very close to my home and is conveinent. I have tried in the past to set an appointment for repairs to my trailer when I have a few days off of work ... I was told the don't schedule appointment times.... What??? So how will I know when I can get my trailer back .... They ca t give u an exact day just a ball park estimate .... "You have got to be kidding me"!!!! So today I went in to buy 2 rims ... simple right ?? WRONG!!!!.....it's a trailer parts store but you can't buy just a rim u have to buy the rim ant tire.... Again I have vever heard of something so stupid in my life... good thing my trailer hitch didn't break they would have made me by a whole new trailer ... lol!! I am off for a few days so I asked about a service appointment again today and was told the same thing sorry we don't set service appointments ..... I need some repairs done but I will never go to this place again ... i will locate someone else . read more

Make sure you know everything about trailers before doing business here. If they show you a picture of what you want, then misquote it, it is your problem not theirs. I was told the quote I got was for a trailer with drive over fenders. The picture had they gave me had them. Turns out the quote that they told me had drive over fenders did not. And they won't do anything about it. Now I have to spend extra money somewhere else to get what I need to do the work I bought the trailer for. read more

The worst place to get any repairs done. They were supposed to repair my ramp door replace wiring and lights and put new wheel covers fenders. Did not get a written estimate. Everything looked like it was put together by 10-year-Old.They did not replace broken trim used different hardware that doesn't match existing nothing was caulked, was told everything will cost less then $1000 Paid $1700 for LED replacement inserts two new fenders and some welding everything looks terrible. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Told me to f*** off twice over the phone. Simply asked about a part, he didn't want to take the time to inquire about it " just said I know what I can and can't get ". Well Nick, guess what, made another call and dealt with a polite, reasonable person, and got my part ordered. Some "trailer" place, can't even get a Lunette ring for a common trailer. I've never written a review in my life, but this place is just horrible, don't need to go there to find out, just give them a call. If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars. My husband and I had been shopping for a trailer for our 2016 Polaris Slingshot. We decided to go into Shores Trailer Sales before we left a deposit at JCL down the street. We got there around 10 am, we were the only people in the store. The guy behind the counter was unbelievably unhelpful. Didn't really look at either of us and my husband practically had to drag what little info we got out of him. Never offered to show us what the trailers looked like or what you could get. We left there, went down the street and purchased a trailer and paid cash. Came in to order a $6000 Trailer from them as we wanted a NEO Trailer and they sell NEO. I called on the phone because I live an hour away and quoted a price. I drive there in person to order and pay half and the price was adjusted $400. Also, I walked in and the person at the desk was eating lunch and waited to acknowledge I was standing at the counter for 5 min while he finished his chicken fingers. I own a business and don't review many places but this stood out to me and I will not be back or refer people to purchase a trailer here. read more

I was looking for a better quality aluminum trailer and came across their ad on the net. I ended up purchasing a great quality ATC trailer for what I found to be a competitive/reasonable price. They were able to pull from stock and prep it while I was there. The only reason I did not give five stars is because their ad did not have an address or map, and they could have brought up the option of purchasing a spare during the sale process. Instead, the gentleman who prepped the trailer for me asked if I wanted one. Also, I noticed later that the tires' stem caps are green so I gather that the tires are nitrogen filled (which is a plus), however it was not mentioned. These are minor issues; overall, very happy with my purchase! I would certainly recommend. read more
