I thought I posted my review a year ago, but just saw it in my drafts! I feel terrible. I guess it's better late than never. I can't say enough about Jace Auto! The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. Flat out the worse experience ever 2003 Ford F-150 took it there for a lift you would think they are ASE certified and if they saw something that needed replaced they would call but nope I started driving there cones the rattling the owner says hey your bushings wore out the truck was done November 112020 not even 2 weeks so I take it back because the truck is leaning to one side what did they do washers regular washers the he claimed rough country sends those with the shocks then begins to put blame on the wheel and tire place this is the thing every claim he made every excuse he made then argued that sal the guy who he thought did the alignment f up and didn't put alignment papers in the truck which if they did an alignment they falsely did it according to the pictures I have I guess I didn't fit there style my truck isn't new but I work hard for my money and if you knew you were gonna do a shitty job why put any one at risk part braking killing me or someone else your lucky that the only vehicles you've worked on are new and all you could say part ways that's your way of handling it read more

Called to get some drop spring installed and got a rude rep $300 over priced compared to 5 other company's in the area. Either the job is difficult for them or they price gouge. 1/5 stars for rude rep and over priced service Thanks all Edit: in response to the owners message although price is a factor when shopping it's low on the priority list for me, customer service is the most important. I declined to do business because both are lacking, better customer service would result in justification for the price of service. Fantastic and knowledgeable local business. Was able to rescue me from a jam multiple times. I have a big lifted Jeep with 40" tires and beadlock wheels. Jace Auto did a great job mounting the tires (which takes special expertise) and went above and beyond in helping me move around the huge wheel and tire set. Since then they have been of great help in servicing the Jeep including getting me in quick when I picked up a nail in a tire (they refused payment for helping with this). Awesome place to work with. High level of integrity, great job explaining process throughout repair. I went in due to very loud squeaking on aftermarket coilovers for my Audi. The squeaking was loud enough that I was embarrassed to be driving my car or have passengers with me. After explaining the symptoms John quickly made an educated guess on the problem, they brought it into the bay and confirmed their suspicions. My coilovers did not have the necessary isolator rings, this was a significant cause of my squeaking. They ordered in the parts and I had installed the following week, they had the parts available next business day but it was easiest for me to come the next weekend. During the repair process it was identified that my coils, installed 5 months prior, had a Boeing issue with 1 coil. This was an additional issue that had been found and they have offered to help replacing under manufacturer warranty. After installation of the isolator rings and additional lubricant for the coils my squeak is reduced to only over notable bumps and even with that it is very quiet (with low music you can't even hear it). John said that since the suspension isn't 100% that he wouldn't charge for the work or parts. I will be going back in the near future to replace the coils as well. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, customer service and ethics that John and Jace Auto have demonstrated and they've definitely earned a return customer and my highest recommendations! read more

I came in with a multitude of suspension problems (clunks you know those weird noises you hear coming from your suspension), 2 of my HRE wheels were bent, curb rashes on all 4, needed new tires all the way around. Basically I needed a miracle. Previous I went to 3 different shops in the Houston and West Houston area and they denied to work on my Mustang because of the name brand of wheels I had on it. But not at Jace they took on the challenge! I was helped by Jose who set me up with a sweet package for my Mustang. John (the beard) KNOWS his stuff! He got my Mustang looking mean with a nice stance on the tire size he recommended. I ended up getting 4 Nitto G2s with the Hazard Warranties, Koni Orange Shock & Struts, Eibach progressive lowering springs, new caster/camber plates, fixed my bent/warped wheels, fixed the curb rashes, I also got the wheels powder coated a sweet custom gold color! All in all everyone at Jace went above and beyond for me. They make you feel like you're part of a family like you're not just another "customer" there. I was from out of town and picking up my car from a collision repair shop in North Houston. Weeks before I picked it up I had ordered some wheels and tires from these guys to install on the way home. I had no Idea what I wanted but they were spot on with the suggestion of wheels that would look good on my car. I went to Houston on a Friday and picked up my car from the collision shop then headed straight to these guys. They knew exactly who I was when I pulled up. Was a little early and they took my car in the back anyway. They had the wheels mounted on the tires faster than any shop I have dealt with in the past. Mounted the wheels and tires on the car and for circumstances beyond their control and no fault of their own at 3pm on a Friday the wheels didn't fit. They knew we were round tripping it from Louisiana and immediately went in to action to find a solution. They located some wheel spacers that were for my car and had everything bolted up with an amazing look better than I was expected. Before I left I showed concern about the type of spacers they put and didn't particularly care for I didn't ask for anything. I am back home now and I just got a call from Tito and they are having the brand spacers I wanted shipped directly to my house in Louisiana. I can't say enough about this shop and their employees. Professional, Courteous, and all around great business people with the same passion their customer have. I wish I lived closer because shops like these are very few and hard to find.
