I'm one pissed off customer and I think I should get some money back for how I have been treated! From the very start of signing up with your company I was lied too. I was told that if I signed up then that I would get free installation and half off my first month, that never happened. The week after getting the device installed I was billed for it. It took me until some time last month to get some sort of resolution that I accepted. This was before everything that has gone on now. Your employees on the phone are rude, they lie, and no one ever does what they say they are going to do. Pull up my account and you'll see what I'm talking about. One of the girls that answers the phone there told me that they have never seen so many notes just on one customer. I made a mistake and I got a DUI, ever since then I quit drinking, I'm 492 days sober and I'm proud of that. My court paperwork says that I was only supposed to have the device in my car for one year. It was supposed to be completed by December 14th, but I got Covid and didn't get it installed until January 5th, 2022. I went in for my last download on January 5th, 2023 but your girl on the phone argued with me saying it was January 3rd. No, it wasn't I know because it was my wife's birthday and we had plans, so I had to run over and get my download and get back so I could make it to those plans. My point being is that it wasn't even one month from when I got my last download and you guys locked me out of my car. I have been stuck at my house since Friday February 3rd without my car to drive. I spoke with someone on the phone on the 3rd over it and she told me that I couldn't get an appointment that day that she would call me first thing Monday morning and either set me up for a download or to have the device taken out of my car, so I had to go the entire weekend without being able to use my car. Monday came and guess what? I never received a call so I called back and talked to Eric and he said he would call me back on Tuesday and he never did. I have called everyday since you locked me out with the exception of the weekend and I spoke with Eric again on Wednesday and he told me that I needed to go have my final download which I had already done on January 5th and I told him that again, then he told me that they were waiting to hear from the state that I had paid everything so they could set me up to have the device removed from my car. Well, that's a bunch of crap too because I talked to the state on Monday and they told me that they faxed it to you like they were told to do. I let him know what the state of TN told me and then he put me on hold for 45 minutes and when he got back to me he told me that he spoke with his supervisor and they would call me back on Wednesday, which they never did. I had originally spoken with Eric once before on January 27th asking how I can get this device removed from my car because it had been a year, he proceeded to tell me I needed a final download and I told him that I had already completed my last download and that I want to get it scheduled to get it removed. He told he would call me back the following Friday (the day you locked me out of my car) to give the state a week to get the papers to them. When I spoke with him yesterday he said he was contacting his supervisor and that I would be expedited that they would call me back that day and get this straightened out, and they never did. Each time I call I have to sit on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour just to be treated like shit and lied too! Today is Thursday, I called this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn't one in at the time and they transferred me to someone's voicemail so I left a message to contact me at 8:30 this morning and hear it is 6:00 Thursday evening and no one has contacted me. I have been patient and polite but after what your company has put me through this last week and still doing to me today that's out the window! I'm pissed, you've cost me money from not being able to drive to work and I still can't go anywhere. I'm going to post on as many review sites that I can find just how you've treated me and that your customer service be damned, you really need to train everyone all over again, because they don't do what they say they are going to do. I expect a resolution tomorrow or the next person you speak with will be my attorney! The last thing I want to say is that your technician in Nashville is a great guy and I never had any problems with him, in fact you should give him a raise because in my eyes he's the only person with your company that hasn't lied to me and treated me professionally! This company has been nothing short of a total nightmare for me! First off after their 2nd shop closed down and they did not give me a phone call I have to drive hrs to the nearest shop. **UPDATE** Since the first review, Drager has updated the firmware. I have not had any other issues. The staff at the office have been awesome to work with. They replaced the unit and always have been flexible in scheduling and getting me in and out in a timely manner. If you are in a situation where you have to get an interlock device, I would definitely choose Drager. Plus, they're cheaper than the other guys read more
