The kiosk was out of cards, and I wasn't aware that I needed to go to the bowling desk. The biggest issue? There was absolutely no notice on the website. Nothing. No banner, no alert, no heads-up when checking hours. That's not a small oversight--that's a major failure in communication. When people are planning events, especially something as important as a birthday, they rely on accurate information online. When I asked about it, I was told "corporate controls that." That's honestly not a good excuse. If corporate has control, then corporate should also be responsible enough to ensure closures like this are clearly communicated to customers. This isn't complicated--it's basic customer service. Because of this, I had to scramble last minute to find another place for my wife's birthday, which completely changed the experience we had planned. Pinstack markets itself as a fun, organized entertainment venue--but this situation felt unprofessional and careless. You can't run a business like this and expect customers to just accept it. At the very least, update your website or post alerts when you're closed for private events. It's the bare minimum.
