His attitude came across as uninviting and not very appropriate for a customer-facing role. We didn't feel welcomed or valued during our visit, which really affected our overall experience. Customer service plays a big part in enjoying a night out, and sadly this interaction fell short of expectations. We had a mini work gathering here for 8 of us and it was a blast! We were able to get a couple of lanes in the VIP lounge area and ordered some food to snack on. The service was fantastic. Everyone was very smiley and friendly and helpful. And a couple were silly fun with our group as well. The food was good. It was typical pub food. We had and enjoyed the following: Slider Cheeseburgers, Mozzarella Sticks, Fried Mac and Cheese (My favorite), chicken fingers, Hummus with fresh vegetables (2nd favorite), Pita Bread with Hummus and a dessert platter. There were music videos playing with fun nostalgic tunes and modern top 40 hits as well. We bowled, we danced and we laughed. We had a great time. After we played some games - typical arcade of these days. VR games, racing, skeeball, basketball and with some you can win tickets for prizes. The prizes were ok - bulk "junk" toys for the lower level tickets and nostalgic candies. Most of our group got sour patch kids or tootsie rolls. LOL It's an interesting location - at the top of the parking garage. Our Uber driver wasn't sure where it was and just stopped at the bottom of the garage. We ended up walking the rest of the way to the top when he seemed hesitant to continue further into the garage. I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you can book a private event. The games are great but the restaurant was terrible. I was here with a few friends last week and our poor server was all alone waiting on tables. She was the sweetest and was doing her best but the kitchen staff did a terrible job. This was my first time visiting, and I loved all the activities they offer--arcade games, rock climbing, bumper cars, and of course, bowling. It's a fun place to hang out. However, it's clear that if you're not a VIP, Pinstack makes sure you see it throughout your visit. However, I did have a couple of issues. First, it wasn't clear what to do or how things worked. For instance, I didn't know I needed to press the "service" button to order food or drinks. A quick rundown from the associate who checked me in would have been helpful and only taken a few seconds. When I went to the bar to order a drink, I asked the bartender if the menu displayed on the screen was all they offered. That's when I was informed that I should use the "service" button. Thankfully, Allyson was very kind and helped me out. The second issue was that the lanes share a bowling rack, which made it feel a bit crowded, like we were on top of each other. This was my second visit, and it's clear this place has a lot to offer. My first visit was for a work party, where the catered food was delicious, especially the mashed potato bar. The arcade, bumper cars, obstacle course, and bowling alley with fun lane graphics make it a fantastic entertainment spot. This time, I dined at the restaurant and had a cocktail and grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries (worth the small extra charge). While the sandwich was a bit over-charred for my taste, the sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp. One downside was our waiter's walkie-talkie, which loudly announced messages as our order was taken which was distracting. You're supposed to have a party host but ours was nowhere to be found and any other employee that we could flag down would just say "I'll look for your party host." Came to enjoy a nice day with my husband and our 3 boys (19/17/11). We went bowling and it started out ok but we wasted at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and fix the lane. I had to even go and look for someone even after pressing service button twice. After that we had a lot of fun. We ordered the WTF platter and some pretzels which were all very good. Then we went to arcade area and played laser tag, got on bumper cars and did rock wall and ropes course. I will say that it would be nicer if the bumper cars area was bit bigger just due to the size of the cars themselves. All of the tables by the bar were dirty, and there were lots of dirty glasses just sitting on the bar top. Beware- if you order a beer while bowling, the glass will be warm, causing your beer to get warm fast. Bartenders should consider keeping up with dishes to ensure cold drinks. We reserved and prepaid for a lane in the VIP area. The lane came with 6 pairs of shoes. I found that the VIP lane has dedicated staff and service is quicker than in the regular lanes. It doesn't feel as spacious tho because it's a room with lower ceilings. It sure beat waiting in line at the bar. That line takes an hour to get through 6 people. For being a novelty sized pizza, the 36" pie was pretty tasty, it's extremely floppy and a little difficult to eat, but it was great. Not a fan of the short games, since it takes a while to line the pins up vs the ball return. If you're up for a regular game, there are a couple variations of it. read more

Decided to do a second visit to Pinstack. We really enjoyed our first visit so came back for another go. We bowled, ordered drinks, and food. We did an hour and a half for the lane. We were able to bowl three game between the four of us. Everyone had a great time. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but completely forgot. After we finished bowling we went over the the arcade and played some games. My husband loves the Willy wonka game and now I am hooked. I think we all are. We also did some photos on the Photo Booth and got some cute prizes. Definitely a place for date nights, celebrations, or just cause. It's always well kept. My only complaint is that the server at the bowling lane disappeared. We waited awhile for her to return. I understand it was busy so it was just an slight inconvenience. The pizza was great, better than I thought. The beer was nice. The cheese sticks were nothing special, they tasted bland but looked pretty. The cheese fries were burnt so they tasted extra crunchy which wasn't nice. Overall, great experience and will be back for more fun. If you have not had the chance to come in I would recommend it. I do not even know where to start. We hosted our Christmas party here last year and had an amazing experience. Nicole K. took wonderful care of our students and their families, which is the sole reason we decided to return again this year. Unfortunately, this year was a complete disappointment. We did not receive anywhere near the same level of care or service. Scott, the manager on duty, was polite but came across as condescending. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and no effort to improve or rectify the situation, despite the amount of money our group spent. When booking, I clearly specified 20 students plus their families, indicating that we would be a large group similar to the prior year. What was never clarified to us during the booking process is that last year our contract did not specify a "private suite." Due to the size of our group, the venue accommodated us in a larger room at no additional charge and provided excellent service. At no point were we informed that this was a courtesy, nor was it communicated that accommodations would be drastically different this year. Because of that prior experience and lack of clarification, we reasonably assumed similar accommodations would be provided again. Catherine, our booking representative, never stated that we would be placed in a much smaller room with only 20 chairs, nor was it explained that this would be the case unless a specific private suite was contracted. Upon arrival, we were seated in a room with only 20 seats total. The tables were crammed together, leaving no space to socialize or even sit comfortably. Our group ultimately did not even use the room because of how uncomfortable it was. This setup completely defeated the purpose of a Christmas party. The intention was for our students and families to be together, enjoying one another's company like we did last year. Instead, we were separated and spread out throughout the venue. Families began leaving early, and we did not even utilize our full lane time. Everyone was so unhappy that we rushed through our gift exchange, and the group departed shortly afterward. Scott repeatedly emphasized that the contract stated "20 people" and said his hands were tied, offering no solutions or alternatives as the manager on duty. This was especially frustrating considering we had 20 families, all opening their own tabs for food and alcohol, and had paid in full in advance. Given the size of our group and the amount being spent, we expected significantly better service and accommodation. To make matters worse, the wait staff acknowledged that we were unhappy and, as relayed by Scott, decided to "give us space." This resulted in staff stopping check-ins entirely, with no attempt to smooth things over or provide attentive service. Last year, we had such a great experience that we moved from the private suite to additional lanes and kept our tab open until closing. This year, we spent more money on our planned group event than we did last year and received far worse service. We were genuinely looking forward to this event, and the lack of communication, care, flexibility, and accountability was extremely disappointing. read more

I went to Pinstack to celebrate a friend's birthday. Doing a little research beforehand it looked like there was a lot to do for different ages. We arrived and parked on the upper level with no issues. There's also parking in the garage if needed. As you walk in you are welcomed by host to the left and a giant game room to your right. The game room has so many games to choose from. While there are games that you can play for tickets there are arcade games too like Transformers and The Walking Dead. Within the game room are a climbing rock wall, bumper, cars and laser tag. There's something for all ages here! There's also a great bowling alley too if you're interested in doing that. As a pro tip, book your bowling ahead of time on their app. This is definitely a great spot for a date night or a place to take the kids to. We'll be back for sure!! read more

We had a blast on our first visit! An enjoyable surprise. It's like Dave and Busters or Main Event. It was a Wednesday before 11am during Spring Break. We went for bowling but stayed for more. Tip: lanes are only $10 before noon everyday except Saturday. The lanes have a variety of games to play besides traditional scoring. We ordered food and beer at our lane. Staff was prompt and courteous. The bar has a good selection of draft beer. The shakes are huge. We played games after, many are current. We also drove bumper cars and then ate at the restaurant after. The food was good. I suggest the pizza. We didn't leave until 4pm. It was loud but no so loud you couldn't hear each other. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and headed over for some bowling fun. We had two boxes of leftovers and it was too warm to leave the food in my car. Try leaving four boxes of cheesecake in the car in 90 degree weather. I understand the no outside food or drink policy, but I was hoping to leave the boxes in a locker or perhaps at the desk so that I wouldn't have to throw $50 worth of Cheesecake. Keep in mind we are not locals and our hotel didn't have a fridge. One of the ladies at the front desk chased me down and so rude about it. I explained the situation, and asked if they had lockers. They don't btw. I took the food back out to my hot car and later happened to see the mgr. I explained the situation. He was very happy to help and said sure we can hold it for you at the host stand. He said he approved it and would go talk to the hostess. So I return with the food, and that same lady is now extra rude and not wanting to do it. The manager had to tell her three times that it was fine. I spent $250 in games and bowling this afternoon for two hours of games. Their staff needs more customer service training. Several week ago, our family (10 total plus three little ones) spent a few hours here celebrating some September birthdays. We reserved two lanes in the "semi private" area, ate appetizers and pizza, and bowled for a couple hours. Immediately upon walking in, I though, "okay, it's like a nicer dave and busters. Oh boy, I think it's fair to say - IT'S HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE D & B. Laser tag, rock climbing wall, HUGE arcade, high ropes course, bumper cars - I mean - holy cow. The outside of this place is deceiving! Pinstack feels new, clean...I mean - when they say "state of the art" - they aren't kidding! I thought the bowling was top notch; our area was clean and we had plenty of space. I also thought all the food we had - appetizers and pizza - was very good. No complaints there. My two chief complaints: First, although I loved our server - she had a great attitude and was very personable - but at times she seemed to disappear for longer stretches which made getting what we needed a tad annoying. Second, the lack of hand sanitizing stations was worth a star deduction alone. Look, I know - for the most part, we're "past COVID". However, you run an entertainment location ripe for spreading germs on 90% of the surfaces throughout the venue. Such an amazing time and we highly recommend! We had 2 reservations made for 2 teams, 12 people total. When I called and asked to put the two reservations together for bowling the next day, Renee answered the phone, couldn't find my reservation and promised to call me back. Within 20 minutes it was resolved and our teams were ready to bowl! Thank you Renee! Its loud right when you walk in the door, the arcade is directly in front you and the bar / restaurant and bowling area is to the left. We all gathered at the bar and Stephen served us delicious cocktails while we waited for our reservation time. Since we booked online, bowling check in was super easy as well as getting our shoes. The lanes are roomy and there is a table in the center with 2 benches, one of either side. On the back side of the lane is a table area where you can have your munchies. Our server that night was so nice and very attentive! I haven't bowled in years so I couldn't tell you about the "quality" of the lanes but they worked out great for us. The only thing we wish we would have done differently was book a double time slot. The time flew by and we were having so much we didn't want to leave. Unfortunately when we asked about availability our lanes were already booked. Booo.... but we'll see you soon! All in all, go! You wont be disappointed. My team at work was looking for a fun teaming building event so we decided to go bowling at Pinstack. Parking was easily accessible and all of the staff members we interacted with were helpful and kind. Unfortunately, when we arrived the main bowling lanes which are $26 per hour were full with a 30 minute wait so we decided to purchase two VIP lanes which were $34 per hour. One hour of bowling plus shoes was around $117 for our group of 10 which isn't a bad price at all. The VIP lanes are in a separate room and come with a designated server which was really nice for our group to order drinks. We happened to go during happy hour when drinks were half off which was a nice surprise. The VIP bowling lanes are very modern and have a variety of different digital games. The seating was very comfortable and the facility was very clean. They play fun music videos on big screens and the ambiance is so lively. In addition to bowling they also have arcade games, bumper cars, a restaurant and more! I would definitely recommend Pinstack for groups! read more

We walked around the arcade and there were a lot of great games. We settled into the dining area since we could not bowl and ordered food there. Surprisingly the food was good, which we expected, but it was sit down restaurant good (comparable to chilis). I was shocked by that and the quality of food definitely made up for the missed bowling experience. If I were to visit this location again, it would be for the food. read more

H E L L No!!!! The highway was shutdown due an accident on 410. We sat in traffic for 55 minutes. We tried calling to notify them of our situation. They forwarded my calls until someone finally said to show up but we will not get a refund or our whole time we paid for. Once we got to the bowling counter, the young lady had the nastiest attitude as if she owned the building. I immediately ask for an Manager. He wasn't much help. They did not reimburse us on time or a refund. We get to our table which was not cleaned at all. The food from the previous party was on our table THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS THERE, until 10 minutes before we left. I had to clean the table myself and push everything to one side of the table.
