The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. On the final day when I had another contractor on the property to work inside the house, he was professional when sharing my narrow driveway so both companies could get their work done. We scheduled a date, which I then had to reschedule due to my availability and he said he would get back to me. I have left many messages about re-scheduling my tree trimming and he doesn't return my phone calls. I will say he came highly recommended but it's been very disappointing. I think as a business person you should at least return phone calls and let someone know you are unable to or don't want do the work!!
