100% recommend these guys for pressure washing. They did an excellent job removing years of oil stains from my garage by treating the floors with a chemical and then pressure washing. I knew the stains would probably not be totally gone due to the nature of the stains but I was happy to see they got it looking so much better. I've had a gutter leaking for years - wearing a hole in the landscaping and taking that gentle Texas rain shower and making it sounds like water pouring off a cliff. Our roof is steep, and that corner of the house is 3 stories off the ground - I tried, but I'm not getting up there. My thought was the gutter was clogger with debris from when the roof was replaced years ago. Enter Dragon's breath. I messaged a few roof/gutter cleaning services on Yelp, but Dragon's breath was the most responsive, and best rated. When everyone wanted to come out to the house for an estimate, Dragon's breath provided one by messaging. Scheduling was easy and even when they needed to reschedule due to rain and high-winds, they were communicative and accommodating. In the end, the gutters were clean -- it was the joint that was leaking. Doh! No worries, they gave me a quote on the spot and were out a few days later with 'the big ladder' to repair it. During the last rain storm, the gutters are all clear and no longer leak/over flow. Dragon's Breath is another one of those companies of Yelp that deserves their 5 star rating. These guys are wonderful! We were listing our house with short notice. And although we had hired professional cleaners for the inside, we hired them to wash our exterior windows. Getting a quote was a breeze, all the other cleaners wanted to come out and make a big deal out of it but we needed quick. Not only did they come out and do a stellar job, they even helped me clean the interior of a high window we didn't ask for. And they made our wraught iron door look almost brand new. And trust me, it's super hard to clean. In hindsight, I wish I had hired them to do our exterior AND interior instead of relying on the housecleaners to do a good job on the inside. So do yourself a favor, have these guys do as much cleaning that they offer because they are top notch. I've already told several people about them, including my realtor. Cleaned the gutters, removed the solar screens, washed the windows and replaced the screens. They also power washed the sidewalks and patio.
