She showed me this cute little dainty ring and I'm all for it. We even discussed how it should be fine and aftercare. Fast forward to this morning 7/6 I wake up and the diamond is now embedded in my skin. I call Carnivale at 3:01 PM the person on the phone informs me that the piercer won't be in until 5. I explain the situation to her and she's like you know what can you come in a little early and let me take a look at it. If I can fix it cool if I can't you can wait til the piercer gets her. I get there at 4 and they're busy so it takes 15 minutes for someone to greet me. At 4:15 I'm then informed that the "piercer"' won't be in until 5. That I know but I explain to them that someone told me to come in early. They proceed to say she had a lot of people call about piercings and she tried to call everyone back because she had to leave (family emergency). But Christy will be here at 5. Again I explain the severity of the situation to them and I'm okay with waiting on said piercer to get there. 20 minutes later she comes up to me with the phone in her hand asking if I can come tomorrow! TOMORROW! What part of this jewelry is embedded in my skin don't you get! So clearly I'm pissed at this point and I just leave because I was 2 seconds from going off on everyone. Oh let me add that to when I noticed the jewelry was stuck in my skin I wrote the piercer on Instagram (the page she gave me so I could write her with questions and or concerns). Anyway, I call a shop up the street and explain my situation to which they tell me to come on now. I get there and lay on the chair only for them to inform me that not only did Christy not use a long enough ring to combat any swelling with the new piercing but she also PIERCED MY STOMACH!!!! Like wth! So yeah to sum it up Carnivale clearly lacks knowledge and professionalism!! Thanks to Rita at Dragon's Den for fixing their screw up.

I can't believe that people stand up and defend something totally wrong and just totally…read morewrong.,first of all I was not even driving and the person that did drive me looked at the clock when we arrived. I don't care what kind if photos you have I was not 20 min. late ( more like 5 or 10 at most i didn't even get to show what needed to be touched up and she cut me off at everything i tried to show saying "it's supposed to look that way ) NOT !!!
