I paid for extra sauces that never came, and my husband received the wrong sauce. The fries were good, and the service at the table was much better this time, but that was about it. After two visits at very different times, we've had essentially the same takeaway: Grackle has a cool concept and the sauces are fun, but the food just hasn't lived up to what we expected for the price. Our second experience also confirmed that our disappointing first visit wasn't just opening-month growing pains.
