Nick was very responsive and professional. He was referred to me by a rain gutter installer who doesn't do roofing. We needed to replace a rotten starter board and clean the gutters. When Nick performed the initial visit, he also did examined all areas of our roof and made suggestions on some repair. When repairing the damaged starter board, Nick also found the plywood under the tiles damaged, so we replaced that too. I would give this company all the stars! During a terrible bout of rain, I reached out to many roofing companies, and he was one of the only ones that I heard back from with a quick response. From there he was able to have someone come out and inspect the roofing area and that person ended up being the owner himself! I don't know how many people do that nowadays. He also brought a ladder which a lot of the other companies didn't do, and he gave me a fair and reasonable quote. On top of that, he also offered for a small fee to help patch up in the meantime because he knew there was more rain coming. So he was able to help our inside of the house, not become any more damaged before he could get out to completely repair the entire problem. Once he did get out there to fix the roof, he would update me with times and pictures and also ask if there were other parts that I wanted him to take care of in that moment with photos, letting me know exactly what was going on. Nick, Omar, Angel and everyone at Dragon's Roofing is first and foremost all about service to the customer. Nick and his crew always delivered everything on time. Nick's crew showed up every day on time and worked the whole day to get the job completed. Nick is conscientious about the neighborhood and neighbors. Nick's crew lifted all of the existing tiles, installed two layers of underlayment, replaced 80 broken tiles on a house that's about 38 years old. Nick's crew does excellent work on areas of the house that have wood damage. They even painted the wood once it was installed in the eve areas and the new fascia boards. Omar also took an existing fascia board that had been twisting at one end and reattached it to the original spot and it looks as good as when we first bought the home. Nick's crew also removed two outdated TV satellite dishes that were old and not in use. My experience working with Nick, Omar, Angel and his whole crew is one of ease and grace. Nick and his crew take the time to work with you and they explain everything thoroughly. I am appreciative of the job that was completed in 6 days. Nick asked if his crew could work on Saturday to complete the roof and I said, "Please do". They started a little later on the Saturday as to be conscientious of the neighbors and neighborhood. Nick also supplied me with a referral for some work inside our home. Nick's crew left the yard, driveway and street spotless. Nick and his crew took care of replacing broken tiles and securing all of the loose tiles on our roof. The also checked and cleaned all of the flashing around the skylight, chimney and valley to make sure it was in good shape, We had a facia board, rafter tails and starter row wood that had some dry rot as well. Nick and his crew removed a couple rows of tile replaced the wood that was damaged and put new underlayment and reinstalled the tiles. He even told us if we had the paint he would be happy to paint the new wood for us which was great. He advised us that our skylight had a couple of cracks and showed us the pictures.
