Well darn! I should have read the reviews before calling Roadrunner Pluming back to my house to…read morefind the water leak that we have or should I say had cause my husband found it and fixed it. I will say their plumbers are very professional and I even enjoy their cute little bios that's they text you - very nice touch. That amounts to nothing really if you don't complete the job that is paid for. They did a water leak inspection and charged us $350 to tell us that the leak was likely on our water softer line somewhere. So we called Puragan who quickly came out next day and took a look. They also charged me $0 dollars. It wasn't their lines but they found a line that Roadrunner did not and bam! Guess what we found? Wet ground and eventually the leak. It was on the complete opposite side of the pool. No where near where they said the leak was likely at. We won't be needing a plumber now cause we can fix it with a few parts and some of our own labor. I want to be fair with this review. I do have a very large ranch style house with a pool. It's old and complicated but we love it and are doing our best to bring it back to its former beauty. I'm also not looking for the cheapest option. We just want to hire contractors that give us the quality work that we pay for. Not only that, if you do a good job we will highly recommend your company to others and you will have a repeat customer for as long as we live in SA. We are no contractors but grew up poor in Alaska making us very capable and handy to complete "do it yourself projects" but we are also smart enough to know what things require a professional. When I hire someone, that's all I ask.

We've had a plumbing/clogging issue with our laundry room sink for quite a while. I have used…read moreeverything to try to get rid of the blockage, from products to tools. Mike came out quickly, right when he said he would be there. I explained what was going on and he got busy finding the problem. It didn't take long for him to figure it out and I guarantee you, I never would have, because it actually involved the air conditioner too. He showed us, on video, what the problem was and gave us two options to clear it up. We chose the option that would keep the drain clean for years to come, and they cleaned it out. We got to see the video of after they did the work. A+ service all the way. Their prices are really reasonable, and I'm really glad we found them here. We will be using Roadrunner from now on.

About 20 years ago, we were waiting for a taxi to pick us up for a ride to the airport at the start…read moreof our vacation. Suddenly, water started running out of the garage. I turned the water off, flew off for our vacation, and while there, made long distance arrangements to have the water heater replaced on our return. Now, 20 years later, my wife came home and saw water all over the garage. I called a friend and asked about a plumber. She gave me the number for People's Choice. I called and spoke with Dave. Within an hour, he was at my house checking out the situation. He must have thought I was crazy when I told him I hadn't opened the door to the water heater since it was installed. We never had any issues- so why would I? Of course, I didn't know that it was leaking a bit in a few places and getting ready to die a soggy death. David told me it outlived it's life expectancy. The very next morning, David and his apprentice, Joshua, installed a brand new water heater. They did some work with the pipes and installed a water pan and pressure regulator to bring everything up to code. Even in my messy hoarders-like garage, it was obvious how well they cleaned up after the job. David took the time to carefully explain what I needed. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it when the job was done. He is a topnotch person and does quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend People's Choice for anyone with plumbing needs. Our experience could not have been any better. No photos. Garage is too messy for public viewing. Y'all know I'm lazy.

David gave us the best price. Best value and the best customer service. Thank you so much for all…read moreyour hard work and getting our new water heater installed.
