They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge. I heard back from a few places…read more Hector responded quickly and was able to schedule the job almost immediately although I ended up waiting a few days because the toilet we wanted at the price we wanted was not available immediately. Quote was not the lowest, but much less than a lot of other places, and it included removal and hauling away of the old toilet. Then, without asking, after I said I was purchasing it from Home Depot, they offered to pick up the toilet from the store at no additional cost. So with picking up the toilet and hauling away the old toilet, the price was as good if not better then, the lower quotes which did not include these services. I received a text this morning that the toilet was at Home Depot ready to be picked up and texted Hector. Within a few hours I was told Jesler would be arriving in five minutes Jesler was a very nice young man, who arrived in a clean van in a clean uniform, brought the toilet up, replaced it, and took the old toilet away and left the place spotless. He also installed the old toilet seat that I had just purchased, which is a better one than the one provided with the toilet. I highly recommend Cali Plumbing, their service, pricing, availability, and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing jobs.
