Steve is honest, communicative and very professional. He came to diagnose a leak- prepared to cut open drywall (that another plumber recommended before even willing to take a look). He investigated for about 10 minutes and determined that there was no pipe in the wall in question, and recommended I contact a leak detection company instead of having to open up drywall and pay for it if it was unnecessary. He didn't charge me for his visit and I will absolutely use this company in the future if I have *any* plumbing needs. When I tell you that the other company yelp recommended (#1) was late with zero communication, charged me $125 for a 5 minute visit, didn't investigate at all, took one look and said "can't do anything", wouldn't even offer ideas to solve the problem, promised an invoice for a potential other plumbing problem, and two days later I have heard nothing.
