One of our showers wouldn't shut off, so I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Rockstar, and Ricardo was at our home within three hours. Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. He diagnosed problems quickly, came prepared, and got everything taken care of without wasting time. Today, we have a fully functioning shower, three serviced water heaters, toilets that no longer run, and faucets that don't leak. I chose Turbo Plumbing & Rooter to do the work because their price quote was a little lower than the next closest price, but more importantly, the primary reason was the quality of the discussions we had regarding all the available options for attempting to repair, or just replacing the water heater. My water heater had been giving me trouble over the last couple of months, shutting off sporadically. While I was usually able to reset it myself, it finally gave out completely. There was no gas coming through the line, and it just wouldn't ignite. I called Shellback, and within two hours, Moises arrived at my place. He was incredibly responsive, immediately diagnosed the issues, and gave me a clear breakdown of the work needed and the estimated timeline. The fix required replacing both the thermal pilot assembly and the gas control valve. Since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, he had to source them from an authorized dealer. To make sure we weren't left completely out in the cold, Moises got the gas ignitor working temporarily on day one. By 9:00am the very next morning, he had already picked up the warrantied parts and finished the permanent replacement! As a great bonus, he also flushed the water heater for routine maintenance before wrapping up. I was blown away by the turnaround time. From my initial call to a fully repaired, flushed system in under 24 hours. Exceptional service from Moises and the team. Highly recommended!
