Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau. With real estate being so crazy right now, there were a lot of of delays, scheduling changes, and details being dropped and added almost on a daily basis - Compass was able to handle it all smoothly, professionally, and with great kindness and clear communication. They even gave me recommendations for a real estate lawyer and a Rhode Island real estate agent and both turned out to be wonderful. Compass is a family owned and run business, and every one of the employees are treated like family, and it shows. By the time my insane move was completed I felt like part of of the family too.
