If you get help from an employee, they are often knowledgeable and helpful. In my experience, when you first walk in, you're practically accosted by employees offering their assistance. Before you've even had a chance to look at anything. But once you get your ass properly inside the store and you're doing some shopping and comparing, you'd have better luck playing pickup sticks with your butt cheeks than getting the attention of an employee to answer your questions.

I love the whole membership program and how you get rewarded for shopping. I love the kickback at the end of the year and the special sales they offer to members. I wanted to purchase a Memphis Grizzly hat for my husband but failed to do so…read more I arrived at the store 6-7-2017 around 710pm. I wasn't greeted or acknowledge that my presence or business was welcomed. There were two staff members on the sales floor. The store has a very nice selections of Grizzly hats. I stood behind a staff member and looked for hats while he and his girlfriend discussed their bills and relationship. The entire time I was there he never stop talking to her. If you look on the cameras you can see me picking up several hats between 710pm and 717pm. The service at this location needs a serious overhaul. I'm or would have been a paying customer. A paying customer who helps businesses stay open, who helps you have a job. To whoever the staff member was standing in front of the hats and checkout counter thanks for sending my business else where
