If you get help from an employee, they are often knowledgeable and helpful. In my experience, when you first walk in, you're practically accosted by employees offering their assistance. Before you've even had a chance to look at anything. But once you get your ass properly inside the store and you're doing some shopping and comparing, you'd have better luck playing pickup sticks with your butt cheeks than getting the attention of an employee to answer your questions.

I love the fact that all you have to do is turn around with your head up and find someone eager and knowledgeable about the items that they sell. There are some gear nerds in here fo sho.
