TERRIBLE!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! The so called "custom sleep plan" is nothing…read moremore than a 4 page generic copy from a book that the "sleep expert" replaces the name Jackie for your child's name. I am a new mom who had a baby that just would not sleep. She was up 4-5 times a nights and very fussy. I was sleep deprived, hormonal and desperate for a good night sleep. Despite my friends and family who gave me far better free advice. I though I needed an "expert", so I consulted with the "Sleep Nest". I paid in full up front, over $230. The cost was broken down to me as follows: 1 hr initial consult. Customized sleep plan. Email & text support through the process. Phone call follow ups. I was going to be traveling and asked to start the program when I returned so we could start the sleep training in her own bed. We both agreed. Miraculously on vacation my baby for the first time ever sleep through the night! I was overjoyed! I contacted Karoline, the consultant and founder of Sleep Nest to share the good news, that without intervention she slept beautifully. I then requested at least partial payment back. Karoline refused any reimbursement and insisted she provided full service. After months of back and fourth emails she finally agreed partial reimbursement. I was pleased that she came to her senses and wanted to do good business. The following week when I opened my pay pal account $20 was all that was reimbursed!!!!! To me a generic sleep plan in a manila folder is not worth more that 80% of what I payed. I am completely disgusted by the way this woman does business. She took advantage of me at my most vulnerable time and has no remorse! This is my very first YELP review and I'm writing it to WARN other Mothers out there who are looking for a good night sleep NOT to use "Sleep Nest".

She held our hands through the whole thing. This wasn't like other "sleep trainers" I looked into that just give you a manual and you're on your own. We had frequent follow up calls and she was always available to address questions or concerns. Extremely professional and always punctual with our scheduled calls. Our son started sleeping beautifully on his own after just a week! Thank you so so much!!

I said ok cause I can't go back to sleep. He said the test end at 5am I said that's 30 minutes and I can't sleep. He quickly unhooked me and said fill out the paperwork and u can go. It was very comfortable, nice staff, slept well which is important so the doctor has enough information to determine if you have sleep apnea. Most recently I used UHS sleep lab that is now located downtown. They have you arrive at 8pm. The hotel was getting renovated, so there was a chain link fence . It was hard to know where the entrance was. it was scary and looked unsafe . When I went in and asked where the clinic was the woman at the desk just pointed over there. Once I found the place the staff was helpful. I didn't sleep well as I fellt unsafe. I woke up and asked the tech and or nurse if the study was over. She said it can be. I later found out it was 4 AM and the study was incomplete. To make matters worse , the water for the shower was cold. I'm glad I didn't have to go to work since I couldn't bathe . So now I have to repeat the test as it was incomplete

My dentist is well versed in understanding sleep issues, and based on our discussions thought I…read moremight have a breathing problem. She did a head CT that revealed a deviated septum, and referred me to Dr. Wassmuth. I was quite impressed by the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism when I first visited the office of Capitol Otolaryngology. Dr. Wassmuth examined my nose and suggested balloon sinuplasty with turbinate reduction. After much trepidation, I scheduled the surgery, which is done in-office. The process of fixing my nose didn't take all that long. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Jack Carsner, was excellent, as were all those I met in the operating room. The procedure apparently went off without a hitch, and my husband drove me home where I rested the remainder of the day. Within a day or so I was feeling much better. I am still considered to be recovering after a week, but have already experienced noticeable improvements in my breathing. My husband says my snoring was virtually gone within a day after the procedure. I've had a variety of seemingly-minor health concerns, that when put together, have led to other problems. Snoring, dry mouth, dental issues, and poor sleep quality turned out to have (at least in part) had a common root cause in breathing problems. Hopefully all will improve or resolve before very long. If you have any kind of breathing problems, including snoring and symptoms like dry mouth when you awaken, you may benefit from a visit to Dr. Wassmuth. I highly recommend his medical practice.
