They said that would be no issue & work around my schedule since I work at night & sleep during the day time. We communicated about after noons where I would be awake. NOPE one day at 10am after I got off work I was in the shower & did not hear them knock at my door. Until I waked out my bathroom naked to 2 workers in my bedroom changing my filter. I complained to the front office but they all of a sudden explained to me they cannot set up time frames for someone due to how long it would take for them to go to each apt. When it snows, the parking lot doesn't get plowed until maybe 3-4 days later so the ground is a crusty snowy mess. When they do finally plow they just plow it into your parking spots, which are very limited. The dumpster areas always look like a disgusting mess and don't get cleaned up. If you like to always take cold showers, this is the place for you. Had to call to have the hot water reset 3 times in one week. Right outside your apartment will never not smell like gas as well.
