So why do I give ARC Insurance Brokers 5 stars?…read more Because they have phenomenal customer service, great expertise, and they really make me feel like they have my back. I used to deal with AMA insurance, but I got tired of being treated like a number and facing repeated increases despite never making a claim. I kinda felt like they just took my business for granted and had a "let it ride" attitude. I knew what I wanted from an insurance company/broker. I wanted to feel like they were ACTUALLY shopping around for me for the best deal among reputable insurance companies. I finally felt that I found that when I called ARC and spoke to their representative Tyson Lush. Tyson took a lot of time answering my inane questions. He even arranged for a conference call so that both my wife and I could talk to him without having to visit their office in person. We are both busy professionals, so we really appreciated that. Tyson is a very good listener who takes good notes. Never once did I feel any pressure from him. If anything, he would let me know the best places to look to save money. This is exactly what I was dreaming of! For example, Tyson recommended how we could save a substantial amount of money by splitting off my (newly licensed) daughter into her own policy. This was very counter-intuitive, but he was right! I'm so glad I stumbled across this company. I just hope their success doesn't change their focus on customer experience and satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys!

It has caused me nothing but stress, time away from work and financial hardship. My broker has changed multiple times during my 1 year being insured with Leibel. I actually don't even know who my broker is because I am always receiving contact from other people. The broker I am constantly referred back to (Chelsea Thomas) has some of the worse attitude and customer service I have ever encountered. She truly should not be in the industry as you can tell that she doesn't enjoy her job. She constantly has a poor attitude and is extremely difficult to contact even for other brokers. She has been nothing but unhelpful and rude to me. I have been told multiple things by multiple people looking for resolutions but I am always brought back to Chelsea who ultimately tells me nothing can be done. She has actually done NOTHING to assist me other than telling me "she can't help". That has been the furthest extent of conversation from her. I almost wonder if she knows me personally and has some type of vendetta out for me, because I really have never been treated this poorly not even by her co workers. This company has taken over $900 from me that was unauthorized. They did not provide me informed consent, and are now being so ridiculously unavailable and unhelpful it's just mind boggling. It's crazy that it is easier to file a fraud claim with my bank than it is to try and just resolve the issue with Leibel. I am hoping this review will get my situation rectified as I was nothing but a good client who paid on time. At this point, I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If no resolve is made or contact attempts returned, I am just going to proceed with my bank, I will also be filing a complaint against the broker with her association as well as contacting the BBB to complain. If the news is willing to take this story, I will also be doing this as I don't want anyone to suffer the stress I am dealing with. This has had such a tremendous impact on me, truly I do not even know the words to try and explain the gravity of how serious it is that YOU AVOID LEIBEL INSURANCE. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, do not make the same mistake as me and proceed with their insurance. Look for another company even if it's more money monthly, it will be worth it in the long run.

Can I let you in on a little secret? They are not all the same. Like you, I have been dealing with insurance brokers since I got my license and bought my first home. I too had experience the same old same old for the past 3 decades. That was until I met Maria Spadafora of Liebel Insurance. Never have I met someone so passionate about insurance and most importantly, saving you money! I am serious, have a conversation with her, you will be amazed and bewildered that an amazing woman such as her, would be into...insurance. Maria helped me and my family save over $700 per year in home and auto insurance. When I told my wife that we saved money and got better coverage...well needless to say she was looking at me in such a way that reminded me of our wedding night, ifyouknowwhatiamsayin! I cannot recommend Maria Spadafora enough. She is an amazing person who truly looks out for your needs above her own. She truly wants to help you. Nowhere else will you have someone in the auto & home insurance business who will truly look out for you.

    When I had insurance with Huma Ibrahim State Farm I had AMAZING service! Like outstanding... and…read morethen they sold to Michelle Broadbent.... Michelle's staff has no customer service skills! I asked them specifically to take money out on a certain day as it had been a rough month for me. My pay day fell literally one day after the day they wanted to take the money... not weeks... ONE DAY! and they said "no, unfortunately we cannot wait one day... As soon as I knew there was going to be an issue, I called them to make arrangement... they told me no we will charge the account and if the funds are not there, you will be charged an NSF from us plus your bank will charge you NSF if you do not have the funds... WAIT WHAT??? I did not wait last minute to call them... it was 2 weeks prior to the date the money was to come out of my account which is PLENTY of time for them to speak to there finance department. I have been with state farm for over 5 years no late payments and the one time I ask for a date change I am denied?? PLUS my fees went from $135 to $180? ... what changed?? nothing on my end... no accidents etc regular day to day business as usual for me... the only thing that has changed is the name on my policy... they do not care about there customers like Uma and staff they only care about lining there pockets... I told them that I was going to cancel and they said "okay... this is what it will cost you to cancel" not "is there anything we can offer you to stay, etc etc etc"... again they were concerned with taking my money. It is time for me to go shopping for a new company... no benefits here just headaches!

    Horrible experience. Nicole J., the woman who has my file has made a mistake on every single…read morerequest I have made my entire time dealing with her. I asked her for a quote on my new home when we were moving, instead of giving me a quote she changed my entire policy on the new house! I was getting quotes from other companies and another insurance company was 50% lower, so asking for a quote turned into paperwork to cancel a policy I never even asked for! Then my car insurance. What a mess. I asked her to remove a car as I switched to a lower price with another company, then she didn't cancel it, I was charged for both insurance companies for the same month. The remaining vehicle I had with them, I asked to put on parking insurance as they raised the cost of my monthly insurance cost by 50%. Went from $100 a month to $150. That is a pretty big increase for a vehicle I only drive occasionally. So I asked her for a quote to put that vehicle on parking insurance. She wouldn't reply with a quote. She said the insurance company, Wawaneesa, won't let me put my vehicle on parking insurance unless I send her the entire policy for my other car with their competitor. When I asked her to explain this as it seems like an invasion of privacy, she asked me if I am on another policy or if I am not driving anymore. She never replied with a quote for parking insurance or replied with more information on why she needs a copy of my policy from her competitor. Instead of providing me a quote, she went ahead without my permission to change my insurance on my vehicle and said my current insurance is not valid and its now parked and upon renewal my insurance will lapse.
