She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant

My father had Dr. Grimm as his doctor, and I had an appointment with him as well. Very knowledgeable, and his top priority was making sure I knew next steps, and what to expect.

His nurse is great, very thorough. He came right in. Dr Benji is very young but his bedside manner is great. He is performing my hip surgery at Parkridge in Chattanooga. I'm sure I will achieve great results. I have to have my follow up appointments in Kimball too. Our schedules don't match his Chattanooga office hours. Glad they are so kind! See y'all again soon!

They made up stuff I was referred by a neurologist due to my hands not working and shaking thoughts of it being from a recent c spine fusion. What I liked is he was so honest in his reviews of her problem. He gave her options but was honest that the alternatives to replacement were costly and at best temporary and the real solution was the replacement. The operation went well her recovery has been so smooth and she is much better now than she has been in years. If I had to undergo this Dr. Gruber would be my choice hands down.
