I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!! This was a referral through Budget when I locked my key in the trunk. My husband asked him to stop so he could take "before" photos and he started working on it. A few seconds in, the guy flipped out. Said he wasn't going to do the job, he doesn't get paid enough, people have taken advantage of him, has trouble with the service, etc etc. We were trying to cover ourselves with/for the rental company, that's all. Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. I don't recommend this company at all.
