They even give you a discount on all parts and labor if you purchased your motorcycle with them! I am a regular and have bought multiple motorcycles and plenty of parts from them. They helped me so much getting my childhood dream bike (which came in as their used inventory). The bike had few issues since it's a 25+ years old motorcycle made in 1999, and they were quick to repair the issue and offered me compensation for the inconvenience as well. There's still some smaller problems on the bike after 2 years, but they are very nice to guide me for DYI repair as well as offering me a fair price option for the repair if I decide to bring in the bike.

I brought my bike here because of the good Yelp reviews, but eventually realized they would…read moredisappoint in every aspect. I bought a Dynojet Kit for my 2009 Kawasaki KLX 250S. After installing it myself, the bike began to run lean. Eventually I realized I needed help from a professional mechanic in solving the problem. They told me they could figure it out for me. A few days later they claimed they were having a hard time getting the issue solved and then began further diagnosing the issue. More time passes and they simply can't solve the problem. During the entire process I am in touch with Dynojet via email and phone call and they keep telling me that Pinnacle likely has never dealt with a Dynojet Kit before based on the hard time they were having getting the kit to work with the bike. A week and a half later, Pinnacle calls me and tells me they converted the Carb back to stock jetting and now the bike is no longer running lean. I could have EASILY done that myself, the point was for them to figure out why the Dynojet Kit wasn't working. To add insult to injury, the team at Dynojet told me had Pinnacle simply called the tech support line, they would have gladly worked with them on troubleshooting and finding a solution. When I confronted the owner on this, he told me "We don't operate that way, you can work with Dynojet on your own, the bike is no longer running lean." They rid themselves of responsibility and only look for an easy way out. Not cool! This place obviously isn't up to the task when it comes to a little more comprehensive repairs and troubleshooting. HIGHLY disappointed!

DNA Motor Lab is positively a place you can count on. They have saved my behind a few times. On the recent July heatwave, my bike decided to die in the middle of a busy uphill road. I called around for tow service and was given an ETA of 2 hrs. on average. One call to DNA got me a tow in about 15 minutes with the shop owner (Marcos) on the driver's seat. I was even dropped-off at my place for free. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE, no other description to define the moment. These guys know their stuff. They have serviced my bikes from simple oil and filter changes, electrical gremlins, parts painting, and how can I forget tow service (my second one so far, LOL). If you live close to Hayward or anywhere in the Bay Area, come to this place and discover a reliable moto shop with integrity. An earlier introduction and walk through at Motorfast a few months ago impressed me. Their shop is large, well equipped and it has been there for a while. Plus they have all different types of motorcycles, dirt bikes and scooters in for work. So I made an appointment and dropped it off a few days later. Mr. Borges was friendly, efficient, likes talking about bikes and he had the Virago's leak fixed about a week later (new side cover gasket had to be ordered). The bike runs great and no longer leaves a drip behind . I will definitely be taking my Aprilia Scarabeo 150 there next for a carb cleaning.
