I definitely would recommend this dealership. Ahmed and Wasay were great to work with. They were engaged and made what could be a stressful situation into a low stress interaction. Also, my family has purchased 3 cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, including my recent purchase. I had what I can only describe as a negative visit at Fremont Lexus. I waited over five hours for a…read moresimple oil change. My advisor Dat Phat advised after four hours that my vehicle was ready, after waiting for three hours I decided to go walk outside. When I walked back to get my car I found my advisor was out to lunch so I just wanted to pay and pick up my car, the problem was that the other advisors would not help me check out and suggested I wait for my avisor to come back from lunch as my car was not ready yet. I proceeded to wait another hour for a simple oil change even though my advisor stated incorrectly that my car my was ready. I decided to voice my displeasure with the service manager Scott Howell. Scott was not interested in my opinion which was disappointing. On the inspection the technician noted that my passenger light bulb was out so I wanted to set up a different appointment to get it replaced. I asked the service manager how much it would cost to have the bulb replaced and he stated I would have to pay a diagnostic fee of $270.00 to start, not including replacing bulb. I thought that was ridiculous. I ordered both head lights thru Amazon and replaced both bulbs myself for a whopping $22.99. No diagnostic needed. The actual oil change was satisfactory but the staff is horrible and lacking customer service skills . I truly expected more from a Lexus dealership. A couple of simple things could have made this a more favorable visit 1. Advisor should have offered a shuttle back to my house and no form of transportation was offered. 2. Service manager had absolutely zero solution to my complaint. Should have given me a quote to replace the bulb instead of a bogus diagnostic fee that was not needed. Finally I left a note to my advisor to call me when he returned from lunch, I never heard from him again. Overall the experience was poor and unexpected as I thought that a Lexus dealership would have a higher standard. Instead I've had much better customer service at jiffy lube and that is definitely disappointing. I left feeling that Lexus didn't value me as a customer

They do have valve caps but unfortunately, the ones that they have are too loose to seal the valve even if they're labeled as universal. So I asked for a refund afterwards. Other than that, they do have other parts where you can get to service your own car. It's been a while since I went to a car shop like this and that they seem to have all sorts of options. Just keep in mind that they don't have everything in the store and you may want to go to the dealership to look for original parts and accessories.
