During my haircut, one stylist stopped to talk to the one working with me. Fine, but not acceptable to go on for a few minutes when I've indicated I'm on a time schedule. My stylist could have protected my time better by politely allowing her coworker to finish and then returning to work. Plus, when I walked out, there were like 5 stylists grouped around. Some small changes in this area would make a big difference. Stylist was Janise. She listened to me, and trimmed my wavy hair pretty well. I think she took too much off, but that's probably because I said something about getting rid of all the dead ends. Still, even though it's shorter than I was expecting, the style flows nicely together and looks cute. The tidiness of the place over all was average; kinda messy stylist areas but no hair everywhere. Small waiting area at the entrance was clean. Price was decent. I was charged $25 for a trim, and it sounded like a blow dry would have been an extra $10. My favorite thing about getting pedicures from there is the super relaxing foot baths. I will say, I really am not a big fan of their massage chairs! The point of massage chairs is to relax, but it feels like you just can't! There is just not a comfortable setting! And when you turn it off, there is still a random knot somewhere in the chair. The foot baths make up for it though! I honestly could not ask for a better mani-pedi spot! I'm a fan! 5 stars!
