I've been here a few times. I started with a Groupon and loved my stylist. She is no longer there…read morebut I met a new stylist Deanna. She was fabulous. I was changing my long straight center part for bangs and a little chunkier /shag on top. I loved that Deanna seemed to really take her time, and was very careful and concentrated. She was friendly but seemed more concerned with what she was doing than chatting which I appreciated. I'm not the type to be really chatty anyways so it was relaxing not to have to force conversation. Since it was a new style for me, I wasn't sure what I thought of it as she worked through it. At the end, she didn't hesitate to get a second opinion from the other stylists and they all worked together to make sure I was happy. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled when I left, but I have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my hair over the past few days. My husband liked it too so that meant a lot to me. But she always knew how to cut it so that it lay nicely and was easy to manage. Also, I would come in with colors I wanted and she would always make sure to talk to me to figure out what would work- would never let you damage your hair, but will always end up doing what you want in the end. Listen to her advice! She's an experienced stylist. Her price point also can't be beat, she won't do more than you need just to get extra money from you. Trust Rosalie. She's the best.
