They are some of the lowest prices for an Aveda salon I've been able to find in the area. For hair, I typically see Ricci. Ricci is extremely honest and knowledgeable about what can and cannot be done for individual's hair types and colors. I also see Hayley for waxing and she is able to take what could be an extremely awkward and terrible experience and puts me at ease. I always get my hair taken care of by the wonderfully talented women of Sterling. I never feel awkward as some salons can feel more geared to women, and I always feel comfortable. The customer service and treatment and range of services offered covers just about any salon experience you need and at a price that doesn't break the bank. If you want a stellar cut and great conversation with great humour take the time and ask for Haley. Shana has been doing my hair for over 7 years. Shana did my hair and makeup for my sons wedding. I looked Marvelous I got so many compliments. Yet I always get complimented on my color and cut from her. I followed Shana to the new salon. It is very up to date and uses Aveda products. Love Aveda. The owners to the front desk staff are very professional. They treat you like family. I'm made very comfortable and relaxed. All the girls there are special. I love coming to this place! Ricci is the best and she is amazing with all hair types but especially blondes and vibrant colors! I have been getting my hair done by Ricci for over 5 years so I was very excited when she opened her own salon. And boy oh boy is it gorgeous! I have been getting my hair done by Shana for about 5 years now and she is ONE OF A KIND :) I use to live in North Carolina (due to being in the military) and every time I knew I was going to be coming to Michigan I would book an appointment with Shana because I knew she did the best work! The ladies here are great! Very nice, very professional and very clean. Katelyn is great for nails. Be sure to ask for her. She does a great gel manicure which lasted on me at least 2, if not up to 3 weeks every time. She's very friendly and capable of doing fancy details to your nails or adding the bling that will keep you smiling every time you look at them. Highly Recommended. read more
