The only ways to describe Garry are incredibly passionate and SO dependable. I adopted my little guy, Andy, from Garry in September of 2019. Since then, it has become apparent what an absolute GIFT Garry provided to me. I got to know Andy through frequent pictures and videos when he was first born. When I got him, Andy was sleeping through the night after 4 days and was about 75% potty trained. On our way home from picking him up, he was whimpering a bit. When I took him out of the car and put him in the grass, he went potty right away! By the time he was 4 months old, he was fully trained. He hasn't had any accidents in the house since-- and maybe only 5-10 accidents TOTAL as a puppy. Andy is a mini poodle. He comes to work with me and brings so much joy to all of the college students I work with. He is the snuggliest little boy you'll ever meet, and has so much love to give. Our pup from Garry is over two now. She has had zero health problems. Completely healthy dog with the perfect temperament. We know four families that have gotten a puppy from Garry and they all have perfect dogs! We recommend him literally all the time when people ask where we got our perfect pup. read more

We have a puppy who is 3.5 now and we got him from Garry's farm. I can attest that every care and love you see in his videos is true. They took good care of our dog when we had to bring him back for a period of time. When I called Garry to tell him about our puppy he said "let me look him up." They have records of their puppies and he found him right away. He knew who my puppy was and who we were even after 3 years had past. Garry and his family are wonderful. No puppy will ever be a "guaranteed success" puppies get sick etc. it's part of life. Plus about the comment of snapping or bad temperament. Our dog had a great temper. But is not Just the genes that matter ... nature vs nurture!!! Ever heard of it!??? Maybe the puppy wasn't trained properly by the new owners. My dog even came house broken and still to this day he has never had an issue or an accident in the house. His dogs are amazing and so are they. read more

Despite the homey and cute videos on You Tube, our experience with Garry at Dream About Farms was not at all what we expected. Our Goldendoodle puppy is delightful, however the pick up process and follow up were handled extremely poorly. When picking her up (in MA), we noticed what looked like crusty dirt on the back of her neck. We pointed this out to Garry and he immediately dismissed it as nothing. Shortly after getting her home, we discovered that she had fleas! After a panicked period of vacuuming, cleaning, and bathing (the pup), as well as a trip to the vet we contacted Garry, who initially didn't respond to our messages and calls. Upon getting in touch with his wife, they were very defensive and refused to admit they delivered a pup with fleas. They did not notify the other puppy parents. An online search will reveal comments like "disreputable breeder", "highly unprofessional", about similar situations. It wouldn't have been an issue if he would have admitted to the fleas upfront and told us how to deal with it, but then to deny it, and backpedal was extremely poor customer service. In a follow up visit to the vet, we were told the supplements Dream About Farms peddles (at a high cost) are completely unnecessary. Delighted with the puppy, but terribly disappointed with the breeder. Can not recommend. read more

Not only did they give me a very sick puppy, the puppy growls and has tendency to snap. These dogs are not temperament tested or well bred. Our dog works with a trainer we hired but if you have an issue you will never get support from this breeder. It is a cash and carry business. I now have spent double the purchase price because I received a puppy with so many issues. Do not buy from this breeder! There are so many wonderful breeders out there, go with a supportive breeder not someone just in it for the money like this guy. read more

Unfortunately, the miniature poodle I purchased in December 2015 from Linda and Garry is a timid, fearful, and nervous dog. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid as this is a huge issue with miniature poodles. Prior to my getting the dog, Garry was so helpful with information and sending me lots of references, etc. I noticed within a few days how timid and afraid she was. I am retired with a fairly quiet household with no other dog but she was afraid of my friends and neighbors right from the beginning. After she was six months old I emailed Garry about this problem. She had already been to puppy classes, taken out for socialization, etc in an attempt to resolve the behavioral issues. Never heard back from Garry. Then I phoned them and spoke to Linda as Garry handed the phone to her. I explained the issues and asked if anyone else had problems with their puppies to see what could be done. Total denial about the problem with no offer to take the puppy back or refund any of my money back which is what I requested. It is now almost two years and she is still afraid of just about everything and everyone. I too got a personal dog trainer and this helped but you can't change the DNA. Don't trust this breeder! read more
