I had already packed the majority of my belongings, so the movers mainly handled the furniture, including disassembling and reassembling items I realize I'm posting this review several years after my move (2018), but I still think it's important to share my experience so others know what to watch out for. Warren's Moving handled my move from an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. apartment in Summerlin to my home in Las Vegas. The homes were only about a 7-minute drive apart. I had already packed the majority of my belongings, so the movers mainly handled the furniture, including disassembling and reassembling items such as beds. They did take care of all the loading and unloading. The move started around 7:15 a.m. and finished at approximately 3:30 p.m., and the total cost was just over $1,000. During the move, there was also a period when I was waiting for the truck to arrive at the new house. When I called, I was told the crew had stopped for lunch. While everyone deserves a lunch break, it was something I wasn't expecting during a move billed by the hour. The biggest issue was that one of my Restoration Hardware metal consoles was damaged. The metal mesh was bent during the move. I reported the damage within a couple of hours after the crew left. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had signed the paperwork at the end of the move, they would not provide compensation. My advice to anyone using this company is to take your time before signing the final paperwork. No matter how eager everyone is to finish the move, inspect every room and every piece of furniture carefully before signing. If you discover damage after you've signed, you may have difficulty resolving the issue. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Warren's Moving again. While the crew completed the physical move, I was disappointed by how my damage claim was handled, and that experience is the reason I cannot recommend the company.

Specialty packing materials discussed in advance for high-value framed jerseys were not prepared ahead of time, creating significant delays and forcing time-consuming on-site workarounds. What should have been a one-day move stretched across multiple days. The unloading timeline was pushed late into the evening, my mattress was separated from the main delivery, and I ultimately had to sleep on the floor waiting for it to be returned the following day. Most concerning, the mattress arrived damp, stained, odorous, and physically damaged with visible tearing to the fabric and cover. It required immediate professional cleaning and inspection. I later learned the company had already contacted the same mattress cleaning professional before the mattress was even returned to me, which raised additional concerns about how the item was handled during transit. The building elevator was also damaged during the move. While several crew members worked hard and were professional, the larger issues appeared to stem from management, preparation, and oversight. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for moves involving high-value or sensitive items.
