Calling Brian was the best thing I could have done and I am so glad I did! I actually called on a Sunday afternoon (totally didn't realize it was SUPERBOWL!!) and asked for the impossible- same day moving help. Brian didn't say a WORD about the fact that I was calling on a Sunday afternoon asking for help that dame day or that is was superbowl. He didn't make me feel like my request was anything less than reasonable (which I knew it really wasn't LOL) and he told me he would see what he would do and call me right back. I got off the phone and my boyfriend looked at me and said I was crazy for trying to get help that afternoon especially on superbowl Sunday. He laughed and said, "That guy isn't calling you back." I figured he was right and I would just figure something out. But no! Brian DID call me back AND found help for me! I ended up suggesting it may be easier for everyone to just wait until the next morning, after thinking about everything that needed to be done. The next morning Brian, Alex, and Paul showed up and literally took care of everything. They unloaded my entire 20ft truck that was PACKED, floor to ceiling, right up against the door as it closed. Like PACKED. And they did it quickly, carefully, and thoughtfully. I could hear them discussing together how to unload and place certain pieces of furniture and they all took turns offering a suggestion and they all wanted to make sure it was done right. They didn't just "put stuff" or lay stuff or stack stuff, they had a plan and communicated both with each other and with me to make sure nothing was damaged and it was done the best way. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with these movers. Originally I thought their work was great, but once I received my moving truck I was sorely appalled at the amount of damage to my items. Blankets were used and still there was damage to multiple items. My leather chair was placed up against metal which clearly punched holes into the backing. Gone! If these movers have as much experience as they say they do they would have not placed METAL against LEATHER regardless of blankets. Multiple items damaged including a desk that the leg literally broke off with how many heavy items were placed on top of it. Lamp shades destroyed, gym equipment damaged and more. When told about the damage the manager proceeds to harass me about how his crew is experienced and proceeds to cuss me out over the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL! The man hung up on me several times when I tried to file a claim, and now probably won't see a cent. Beware of this company and their "experienced" movers. Let me preface by saying as a retired military family we are experienced at moving having been relocated multiple times. We called and spoke with Brian and set up a labor only move about a month ahead of time. The quote was fair and he kept us up to date throughout the month and called the night before to firm up the time and the next morning to let us know the crew was on their way. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I had damage done to multiple pieces of furniture, including tears through my couch. There is nowhere online to submit a claim and the owner refused to provide me with the information to submit a claim. I am happy to provide proof if there is an option to add on picture here. The owner also claimed that my Zelle payment didn't go through when I sent it and they would not take anything besides Zelle or cash for payment, which was not discussed when my reservation was made. The owner has not resolved the damages and yelled at me on the phone. There was also multiple places that damage was done to my walls from the two guys who moved my items. Overall, higher rate and lower quality movers than the company I used on my following move. Items were also left behind in the house and should not have trusted movers when they said all was placed in the truck and out of the house. Wow. Where to start? All the negative reviews on here seem to mention the same two things: their ridiculously small moving truck and how crazy and unstable the owner, Brian, is. First, who brings a damn 17ft moving truck to move a 3-bedroom house? When I was told that there would have to be 2 trips made to move my stuff to storage, I asked one of the movers why they brought that truck and didn't they have anything bigger? The mover told me that's the only size truck they have. Well, that's odd. The truck is literally the size of an ambulance! Funny thing is, when I called Brian to question this, he claimed that they have bigger trucks, but this one was the only one they had available. He totally contradicted his worker, who seemed more competent and honest than himself. As two trips would have to be made to move my stuff, I was rightfully pissed. I politely told Brian on the phone that I don't want to be charged for the extra time making those two trips. I wanted an hour comped, but we settled on 30 min that would not be charged to me. Here's where it gets good. So the movers are done with my stuff and it's time to pay. I note that the amount due is not what Brian and I agreed upon. I tell him this, and he basically says, too bad, you're not getting the discount. I argue that this isn't fair and is bad business. At this point. Brian starts yelling and throws a temper tantrum. Now I'm yelling and cursing because he is. This man is so predictable; just like the other reviews say he starts with this bullshit of "I'm a single father...its hard times...I'm trying my best" blah blah blah. We yell at each other some more and finally agrees to discount that 30 min. Either way, this man is completely nutty and he doesn't have the proper equipment to run a good business. UPDATE: Owner saw my review and immediately called me to complain that my review would hurt his business and did that he is no longer going to come to my home to resolve the issue and will instead email me a copy of the service agreement and go from there (whatever that means). When I asked him what that meant, he said he was driving and won't talk to me about it because he wasn't willing to get into a car accident...what?!? He called ME! He called to tell me that due to my yelp review, he would not be helping me--but then told me he couldn't get into an accident while talking and had to hang up. Incredibly baffled at this experience. I've also attached the owners text message to me verifying that he called to tell me he wouldn't accept responsibility for his movers due to my honest review and that although he could call to tell me that--he couldn't discuss the matter further because he was driving. I used SML (Simple Moving Labor) to book Class A Moving to help us unload two couches and some boxes upon arriving in Las Vegas on Saturday. It wasn't a great experience. To start, the two gentlemen were totally baked and smelling of marijuana (and seemed confused when I asked again where I should sign the paperwork) when they showed up --which wouldn't have been a big deal except that they got one of our couches stuck in the stairs for 15 minutes and had to have my husband help them get it unstuck. Additionally, they tore both leather couches. The owner, Brian said he would come out to look at the couches and try to resolve the issue Monday, but just had the mover call to reschedule for the 3rd time. It's a huge bummer because we sold ALL our furniture and decided only to keep our couches because they were $1500 leather couches--everything else was easily replaceable. The second bummer was paying like $250 for a company that doesn't have professional or experienced employees apparently doesn't value customer service. I called Class A a day before my move and they were able to schedule me in for next day. They did the job, I may not agree with the methods that was used to move things down the stairs (boxes stacked on dollys and moved down the stairs while on top of it) and just one person handling my LG OLED TV ($1500+ tv) in a box going down stairs to the truck but nothing broke so I am happy. I was just a little nervous though seeing that. I did receive some damage (scratches) on my night stand, however, I do not care about this night stand so it's not a big deal. I do recommend them using furniture blankets to avoid potential scratches in future moves. Just ask them to do and they will have no problem doing it for you. I would have but again I don't care about the night stands. Aside from my concern of handling, they did a great job. They finished the job before the three hour mark. They have competitive pricing. Moving can be such a hassle! So my husband and I decided to hire a moving company this time around. After calling Brian and scheduling the service, the day of our move finally came. A HUGE truck showed up on time and ready to go. The two guys we had on our service were hustlers! They really moved fast to get us moved out and in our new home very quickly. Considering how much we had, I have to say I was very impressed. The guys were very respectful, polite and wore their masks the entire time. (With everything going on mask wearing on both sides is so important, so I was happy this wasnt an issue!) The only note I'd reccomend to anyone moving is wrap your furniture ahead of time to save time and and little dings that can happen. Movers were solid. Showed up on time. Did a good job for the most part moving stuff. Nothing was damaged. They were professional, quick, they used blankets and nothing was damaged. There was a hiccup with them losing parts to assemble my bed. (Not a big deal) This is where the fun begins. I contacted the owner who for some reason gave my number out to his movers. I went back to my old home to try and find the items for the bed and searched my new home and couldn't find anything. The owner kept saying he would take care of it, but was also saying things like "I can't work magic" " I can't leave this job" "I'll take care of it" 5:30 rolls around I hear nothing, so I say how are we going to address this? Again he calls me and isn't clear on when it will be addressed. No time frames, no apologies, no real care at all that the job wasn't done to standard. He was condescending on the phone and I finally lost my cool and stood up for myself. (Keep in mind he was already paid for their job which wasn't technically complete and I tipped his moving guys) im not going to wait forever to get my bed assembled so I went to IKEA and waited for 2 hours to get parts and just used some self tapping screws and fixed the bed myself. I can tell when someone isn't going to fix something in a timely fashion so I just did it myself. Trust was gone at that point. I Sent him a photo of the job completed and called him a dirtbag. He proceeds to be a massive cry baby and throws a tantrum repeatedly calling me, sending multi paragraph texts saying how much of a hard worker he is and honest guy he is and anything else a morally bankrupt lowlife does to try and protect their character. Here's a reality check my man. You're not the only hard working guy in this city. I have never left a job uncompleted in my career. I have never spoke to a customer the way you did to me, I have never left a customer out to dry. I don't tell customers that I'm harassing them on their off hours (give me a break it was 6:00 pm) In summary here are the red flags -never followed up the day before, I had to reach out to confirm. -didn't finish a job to standard -moving truck was too small (although they did the right thing and didn't charge me for labor for multiple drive trips) -I want to be clear his moving guys did a good job and we're professional and quick. One person was just absentminded, but things happen. -he wasn't clear on when the bed issue will be resolved other than (I'll fix it) apparently I'm supposed to sleep on the floor until he musters up the wherewithal to fix his mess up. -sent me multi paragraph texts trying to defend his integrity (you're not the only business hurting because of covid) -was cursing in the texts -pathetic attempts at threatening me -bragging about how hard of a worker he is( if you're that hard of a worker you don't say I'm winding down with my family at 5:30 pm) you finish the job you got paid to do. -I spent several hours at IKEA trying to get replacement parts and he was literally laughing about that on the phone. Had this guy simply committed to a specific time and date and apologized for the inconvenience and not been such a defensive baby, I would have been fine. I was super last minute trying to coordinate many things for a work related move. At the point of stressing out getting a rental truck, a driver, a storage unit, as well as a mover crew! I did a lot of homework trying to find the best price and rating of each category I was searching for. Called many people and left messages. Talked to many live people and sent out lots of email. Brian, the owner of Class-A-Moving called me back. He was super professional and I could tell that he was very honest just through our first conversation. He offered me the best quote for 4 movers out of all the companies I spoke to. 90% of them out there quoted me 50% more on the cost of labor. They are so accommodating and keeping me updated even I know they are super busy with other jobs. I love working with local owner and support the smaller companies. Overall the job got completed within the time frame we thought it would. They did, however forget to inform me about the extra % on charge of a credit card. Well guys here it comes. I'm pissed......I just spent six hours pulling all boxes out of my storage unit because your guys put my kitchen refrigerated food in the storage unit. I'm really sorry but things are labeled, addressed and written on boxes for a reason. I addressed this with the guys particularly one who was doing all the box work and obviously it went in one ear and out the other. This is the same gentleman who disappeared on a "regular basis" to the car or to the bathroom milking the time clock.... I spoke to management 3 times about how slow and un prepared these guys were to move this furniture. I can honestly only complain about one person because the other guy really did all the heavy lifting. But,,,,,,, the fact that my food out of my fridge ended up in my storage unit and not in my truck (or just put aside) as asked is really the last straw. I paid this company over $300. I argued the fact at the end and told the company who referred me exactly what had happened. They spoke back-and-forth with you on my behalf because I refuse to speak to you at that point. You were not listening. I then had a nasty email and a couple nasty text messages from the company claiming their men deserve to be paid. I explained to the manager my concerns. They did nothing for me. I also had informed you I would be driving all day and would get to you once I reached my destination but you insisted on blowing up my phone instead of being patient!!! Now, I am writing this review because it has taken me all day to redo a job that I was forced to pay for that I wasn't happy with in the first place. I made it very clear to the company and,,,, the company that dispatched you to me. The fact that you were unwilling to budge on your price after everything that happened is not right. You should've come out of pocket and paid your guys the extra time your self. I told you straight up I wanted it done quickly and not to cost me a ton more $$. They were late showing up over 45 minutes (no phone call) they wanted me to do paperwork and sign all the agreements before they started the job which should of never been done! People,,,,,, don't do it before,,, do it at the end because if you're not happy They already have your signature on the paperwork and "will not work with you "..... Plus their time starts when they get to your job. You loose that time. The paperwork takes 20 minutes (if you want to read it all) which ultimately was 20 minutes into my time after they showed up late. Not to mention their milking of the clock. NOW,,,, the rotten food in my storage unit, which just so happens to be the last box in the storage unit on the opposite side of all the heavy furniture. Which should of been placed in the unit first. "ON BLANKETS". (Which it's not)..... It's brand new. Not last, so I can't get to anything, unless I want to take it all out every time ...... I am very disappointed and upset that I had to drive back to Vegas and work six hours (by myself) to pull everything out of that storage unit because your guys did not listen OR read the box. We hire professional movers because you're supposed to be professional. This was not at all a professional job. I would tell people to steer clear from your company because once you have their signature you absolutely do nothing for them if the job isn't done to par. Then you stock people for the "overage" money by calling and calling and texting and texting and emailing and emailing. I did not talk to you for a reason what I did say to you, you did not care about or address so, there was no furthering our conversation. I took it up with the company who dispatched you and I'm writing this now out of pure disappointment. I should not of had to babysit your so-called professional man while I was still trying to pack and put things together. Really only one in particular but it falls back on the company. This job was only supposed to be 237.00 and dollars, it wound up being almost over 465.00 ish. Close to 500.00. With the referring companies help they did give me a little bit of discount but nothing to my satisfaction...... You on the other hand refused to and it was your man who created the issues. If I can, I will be attaching pictures as I took them so that everyone can see that not only was the job not done in a timely manner,,,, but the job cost me more money, gas and a whole days work to get something out that clearly shouldn't of been put in there in the first place!!!!! If you want to make this right then I will remove my review and if not,,,,, my review remains on this page for other people so they don't have the same thing happened to them. OH, And you're guys? Hired these guys to move from one apartment to another, first Brian (the owner) stated that during this Covid time, that his employees are taking extra precautions during this time and are equipped with N95 masks and rubber gloves. Now Brian himself was an ok Guy in the beginning, he kept me informed and the guys showed at the promise time. The move started of ok it was hard but the guys were respectful, or so I believed. So as Fred and Travis proceed to load the truck Travis mentioned the PS4 box going on the truck ? I said Yes. When your in the process of actively moving on a time schedule I don't want to tell you the amount of stress you are under and moving. This whole covid adds to stress and anxiety. So why did neither Fred or Travis have a mask on ? They said they didn't have them. Damn I was nervous but still at the mercy of the movers. During the whole duration of the move neither men had a mask on . Ughhh, so much for taking this extra precaution as Brian promised, no masks and no gloves , Travis admitted he didn't have his and Fred said nothing just never wore it. The cherry on top of this move is my son PS4 went "missing" and of course it's not on the truck and Movers don't know where it's at. I went over my time and yes paid the extra $25/15 min as agreed , signed off on the agreement and went on our way. Approx 45 min later it popped in my head the PS4 box? I immediately called Brian who checked and assured the PS4 was not on the truck. I was devastated. He even gave His employee my phone phone ! How Unprofessional is this man to give his employee a customer phone number . Never heard of an owner so unprofessional and even told me to talk to Travis and deal w him . Lol is this grown man this owner serious? Telling me I need to deal with Travis ? Why should I deal with HIS employees. At the end of the day, the box is missing and the men were not wearing masks, how did this owner want to make it right ? Class A moving showed up on time and loaded my belongings quickly and efficiently into my Uhaul. All items arrived without damage. The only thing is I wish they would have parked their cargo van near my Uhaul instead of around the corner so I would not have been uncomfortable about why they kept going to their truck out of my sight during the time the 3 guys were loading my truck. They did a good job and nothing is missing that I know of, it just made me uncomfortable they kept going to their truck around the corner during the move when they could have just stayed loading from my apt to my uhaul that was parked closer to my door than their cargo van. read more

This company did a very good job moving my kids. College kids don't prep a move well but the movers were very professional. They took it all in stride and got the job done. I called them again when I needed to move and unfortunately they weren't available on short notice so I ended up using someone else. Class A Moving is the company to call if you want class A service! Corniness aside, this moving company is the best I've used in all my years in Las Vegas. The movers arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked if there were any specific items that may have needed attention, then went to work. I called Class A Moving at 10pm Thursday night asking for the next day Friday morning help. They sent 3 guys right over, supposed to arrive between 12-1 and they showed up around 12:30. they were here about 2 hours and unloaded a 28 foot trailer into our new home. We had a few big items and boxes but most of it was oddly shaped sh*t and they were so careful with setting things down and to not damage our items. You cant beat the price anywhere! Guys were great and customer service was awesome! I cant believe they were able to squeeze our move time the night before! I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Thanks for doing a great job with periodic moving of various things for my real estate business and my personal moving needs. One big thing for me is importance of not breaking stuff and accurately packing things professionally so they come un scratch and in the same condition they left. This has always been the case. This company and the owner are a complete joke! SAVE YOURSELF THE WORST MOVE OF YOUR LIFE AND CALL A DIFFERENT MOVER!! Brian, the owner totally came unglued when I called him the morning of our move and said his driver called me and wanted to come early and I said no I needed the time. They scheduled with a 2 hour time span which originally told him as late as possible. Anyway this Nutcase Brian starts ranting and raving, cuts me off so I can't get a complete sentence out, threatens to cancel my move and hangs up on me....not once but 3 times after calling me back each time. He insisted he was professional, in business forever, family operated which sounds like him and maybe his young son...not like a long family history. His fits had me unglued as well with him telling me each call he wasn't moving us. Now this all started because his guys wanted to come early and I said no and called him and told him no I needed the time as agreed. Anyway long story short he wasted about a half hour of my time calling me back, yelling and screaming and then hanging up. So I'm calling around to find another mover at the last minute after agreeing I didn't want to deal with his craziness and didn't want his Company moving my things. He calls back again crying saying he's under alot of stress and a kinda apology and wants to send his guys. I'm real leary at that point and even ask if they are going to mess my stuff up to get even? He assures me they will not so I said ok. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED HIS LAST CALL AND FOUND ANOTHER MOVER! He advertises they are professional movers and wear gloves and face masks because of the Covid-19. When the movers got there, 1 person had a mask on and no gloves. The other had nothing. I mentioned that would prefer both wearing face masks and gloves. They came back from the truck and both had masks but no gloves. After they started one of the movers removed his mask and didn't bother the rest of the time even though I again mentioned my concern. Anyway, I just wanted to get it done. When they announced the truck was almost full, I was shocked and walked through the house to see what was left to load. I find out they haven't even touched the two bedrooms, the dining chairs were not in the truck and the dining table was. They hadn't included my washer and dryer and just mainly taken boxes and loaded in the truck. I had planned on 1 trip to move and was very specific with Brian on the phone the week before exactly what items would be moved. Feeling very frustrated AGAIN, I asked what size truck he sent and the driver said it was a 17ft. Shocked that he sent such a small truck but I didn't want to call him and go through his drama of yelling and screaming again! The driver said it would take two trips....infuriated at this point because of how long it's taken to load the truck (they both worked on removing the legs from my wood dining room table which took forever and completely unnecessary) I asked them to make sure the bedroom mattresses were included and the large appliances. Never did they mention the size of the truck or that it would take two trips until the truck was full. Yet they intentionally loaded the truck without the necessities to sleep or eat at the new location over night. To say the least, I was very perturbed that they intentionally loaded the truck to make sure we had to make a second trip. I asked them to make sure the mattresses and necessities were on the truck and I only wanted them to make one trip. They were pissed (not sure if they called Brian) and they began unloading some of the items and reloading other items in the truck to fit the mattresses. It was taking so long that I went out to check on the progress several times and each time my view was block by the mattresses so couldn't see what they were doing. Finally after about 45 minutes they had the needed items on the truck. The dining room chairs still didn't get included but I just wanted to get done. My son was waiting at the new location and I asked them to just unload, not put anything together or place items in correct rooms. When I got there they were almost done and as I walk through, I see cabinet doors ripped off, scratches on all the wood furniture. By that time it had taken them 4 hours to load and unload a 17ft. truck with leaving over half of my furniture still to be moved. Instead of complaining, I just wanted to get done with them so they gave me the bill which was around $500 and I paid and said bye! Worst move ever! WARNING NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOTHING BRIAN TELLS YOU WILL HAPPEN! I DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY! read more

Class A Moving is an exceptional company to deal with. From scheduling to the actual move they are your partner from beginning to end. I was stressed having to move out of a big house to a much smaller apartment & it was the first time I've moved in 20 years. Class A took charge from the first call right up until the truck drove away from my new home. Leaving me settled and calm. My moving team was Keith & Zino. These men were amazing. They took care of me and my things as though I were part of their family. I had over 80 cartons packed with everything from clothes to crystal. Not one thing was broken and not one thing was missing.
