I called to make an appointment and instead of helping me make an appointment, Nadia made me feel like she did not want me as a patient at the practice. Eunice (manager) gaslit me into believing somehow this was my fault and did not apologize for the misunderstanding or at least offer to rectify. When I told her the way Nadia and her are making me feel she stated that Nadia was correct and I am the problem, as well as "obviously you need more than mental help". I have never been treated with such utter disrespect from any health care office. I plan to report this behavior as it is unacceptable for a medical office to speak to patients with such disrespect especially a mental health office as the patients suffer from mental health conditions.
