I worked for Regina for one day. One. In the entire day here's what I noticed. One, the employee…read morethat was supposed to be training me showed up in a robe and slippers. Two, the cleaning provided by the cleaning service was the most basic clean, absolutely no details were focused on or even hit. Bars and shelves were not cleaned. Floors were not mopped or even swiffered. Three, the trainer put a Sprite into a mailbox and did not clean it up when the Sprite spilled on the mail. Four, when it came time for my second day of work I tried calling the assistant Betty to figure out what time I should be there and got no response at all. Neither by call or text. The next day I was asked what time I can come in even though I was told I would only be working Monday and Thursday. Not Tuesdays. All in all the company is completely lackluster and probably doesn't know what clean actually means. And as someone's who's worked for multiple other cleaning services, Molly maid being one, I have had clean drilled into my brain. And Regina herself is very unprofessional and can't listen to anyone tell her she's wrong. You would have more luck putting a necktie on a porcupine than getting her to admit she's wrong. I highly don't recommend cleaning by regina to anyone, whether for employment or to clean for them.

Where do I even begin?…read more Well for starters the sales rep was extremely obnoxious and he refused to catch onto the not so subtle hints of the type of cleaning services that we were looking for. He kept pushing his own agenda with each location that we toured with him throughout the building. Each encounter with him was unnecessarily intense. Next we completed the finalized walk through before service began twice, on two (2) separate occasions, with different potential cleaning specialists employed by JanPro. The first candidate was kind and friendly, but later decided that she couldn't do the job after our meet and greet. Now the second employee was the icing on the cake. He originally appeared to be a respectful, well-spoken gentlemen who portrayed himself as a professional.....I was sadly mistaken. Not only did both he and his counterpart co-worker repeatedly and incorrectly continue to keep trying to enter into our building, high security measures on our end, but they never even serviced our site! On the first and only day of service of our office building, they just stood outside talking, had failed attempts to enter into the office, then lastly walked out without even picking up a broom. What made matters worse is that same young male sent an aggressive toned, judgement passing, racist email to us about the nature of our security compliance. That ill-mannered email was completely unwarranted and unprofessional!! That said, if you choose to move forward with cleaning services through JanPro just be prepared for a world of excuses, unfilled promises and incompetency. Do not ignore the initial signs when you feel that something is amiss with this establishment. It'll save you heartache down the road.

One, don't assume people aren't just not calling you back. They have lives too. secondly, after the review, I received a very kind response from the owner and understood what happened. Needless to say, I felt bad for leaving the review. I did due to the circumstances. She was very kind and polite and I will be giving them a call again. The only thing I could find was to update the review so if this is a second review, I tried to correct the first one. I believe she deserves five stars for her timely reply and the genuine sincerity she put forth. I will be calling her again and look forward to working with her.
