He gave us an appointment within two weeks, showed up on time, finished regrouting and sealing the tile in our whole shower and tub in one day. The work was beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when he left. Such a pleasure to have a contractor who was pleasant, professional, timely, reasonably priced and does beautiful work. Quality was on the job site each day from start to finish. They're beautiful and lasting. The other job was small, but significant. I wanted a dishwasher installed in my kitchen. Another company told me that it would not be possible to install without having the entire section lower cabinets replaced, along with a quote of several thousand dollars. I called Quality, and he said, no problem. Within an hour or two I had a new dishwasher installed within my old cabinets. It looks like it was made to go there. If you go, be sure to deal with the owner, Bill, or his male colleague (Dave I think). If you happen to stop in when only the woman is working, walk away. I didn't catch her name, and don't know if she may be a relative, given the freedom she felt to be so rude to me on a number of occasions, but she was very rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. For example, I asked for verification on pricing I was given, because it was SIGNIFANCTLY higher that what I was quoted by another retailer, ($25 vs. $15 on one particular tile!) and was told "Well, you should just buy it there then." So I did. Would have like to have given Bill the business vs. driving the extra half hour, but I will not support any business that treats customers this way.
