Twice they were not paying attention to the dogs and my dog got attacked, and they said they did not see it, and they need to get more cameras. The Emergency Vet bill was $1400. They promised they'd check on him. So I gave Dream Dogs daycare a second chance. And it happened again. They weren't paying attention to the dogs and my dog got attacked again. Never told me both times and denied it the second time saying they checked the cameras. Another Emergency Vet bill for $800 dollars. Five years ago we brought Robby (mix breed) as a puppy for Basic Obedience. He loved the class and learned everything enthusiastically. We continued on with Intermediate Obedience, Barn Hunt, Scent Training and finally the AKC Canine Good Citizen class. He is known in the neighborhood for his good behavior because of this. We starting bringing our Aussie Shepherd to Dream Dogs in October 2022 for puppy classes when he was 5 mos. old. He had no training previously and we were so happy with Lori and her crew at Dream Dogs as they knew just what to do with an "older" puppy. As part of the Saturday class he got "puppy play-time" at the end of every class and on Fridays. He loved it so much that now he goes to doggie daycare 2-3 times every week. We also board him and have complete comfort knowing that Lori and her family take such good care of him. I was heartbroken by my experience with Dream Dogs Doggie Day Care. While the facility has many glowing reviews, my own experience was devastating. My beloved puppy, who had medical issues, was fatally injured while under their care. He had to receive stitches in his mouth, and on his face, and had a large hematoma on his neck. Despite agreeing to take him in, it became clear that they could not ensure his safety. No one called and asked how he was or showed any concern after the attack either. When I conveyed that he had to undergo surgery to close up his wounds and died, all I got was a text saying "we are sorry for your loss" and nothing more. I spent over $2,000 for training, not to mention $2,700 in vet bills and $400 in cremation costs. My 7-month-old Labrador puppy Bocelli was way too young and deserved better. ( i will spare you the pics of him after his attack or the vet reports) The lack of emotion and compassion shows that this facility is just a business, not a dog lover. I would have thought this facility would have had much more compassion and class at such a tragedy. RIP my sweet baby, I am sorry read more
