They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable, which meant the world to me. They did an amazing job with his grooming he got a full bath, his ears were cleaned, his teeth were brushed, and his nails were clipped. They clearly use high-quality products because he left smelling absolutely amazing and looking so fresh and handsome! The overall quality of service was outstanding from start to finish. They even took a picture of him and sent it to me. That's just a one above and beyond service. We wanted someone to walk her, play for a bit and make sure she had food and water. Lori went above and beyond. Not only did Naya get attention, Lori came more than once a day and picked up dog poop and covered up some holes that our husky dug. My sister came to watch our crazy husky for the weekend and Naya decided she was going to bolt out the door. My sister, not familiar with the neighborhood was frantic! I called Lori who jumped in her car (after just having a procedure done) to come and help. All turned out well. Our girl got a lot of running in that day but boy what a comfort knowing Lori cares so much about our crazy girl. Walks became stressful, and she would lunge at dogs even from a distance. At home, Olive is a true "love bug," so we knew she was scared--not a bad dog--and needed the right guidance. That person told us Olive would likely be untrainable, explaining that many dogs attacked at dog parks can never be rehabilitated enough to become non-aggressive.
