We had read that Silicone fabric is revolutionizing residential spaces, serving as a sustainable, eco-friendly, and high-performance alternative to traditional vinyl and polyurethane faux leathers. When a salesmen dropped off some new Silicone samples at Daniel's, they alerted us, and the rest is history. It's great to know that we can just wipe it off -- no conditioning needed. We can't stop admiring the chair now; it looks great. We will return to Daniel's for any new projects.

The pricing is extremely reasonable. I initially tried a local patio store to order the cushions directly from Tropitone. The cost was egregious. Then, I tried a few on-line companies that make custom patio cushions. One never called me back after several left messages. My hesitation was not knowing what I was going to get or being stuck with a custom product that didn't work out. I chose Churik's because of its longstanding history of being a local family-owned business and because of their excellent reviews. Everyone was spot on! This is the place to go. Look no further.

Each seat cover cost $400 and labor is $200 per seat. I don't want to spend that much money since my 4 runner is 24 years old. They charged me $125 to fix a lift recliner that they did not fix. It's impossible to reach anyone…read morein this company and they don't stand behind their work. Now I have to find a different company to help and this company stole money from me. I will NEVER use them again nor do I recommend them. This company's communication came out to repair a lift recliner chair. The technician, a very nice man, reported that the problem was a wire under the chair. He claimed to have repaired the wire and fixed the chair. I paid him $125. The next morning, when the chair was used again, it once again failed to decline after lifting. I called the company back and reported the chair was not fixed. They got back to me two days later. Then they requested more pictures of the chair in order to schedule a technician to return. I sent them immediately via email. I also told them via email, voicemail & text that it was the Control Box under the chair and to have the technician bring a control box on his vehicle. The company never acknowledged this information. And the technician did NOT have a control box with him when he showed up a week later. Once there, he reported it was indeed the control box and he now had to order the part which could take up to two weeks to receive and 2-4 weeks to come back and install it. AND he wanted to charge me an additional $185 for the part. Their rate for a diagnostic is supposed to be $50. I paid $125 already. And 2-4 weeks? This chair is my mom's only chair and it still doesn't work. Wtf did I pay for? So...instead of fixing the chair, I decided not to. Why sink over $300 into an old chair when a new chair is less than $500? That makes no sense. This company's customer service is non-existent. They don't answer their phone and everything is robotic about the experience. While the technician was nice enough, he did not do the job correctly and preferred to argue when I called him out on it. I maintain that I will not use them again.

I decided to move forward to have my kitchen, bedroom and office hallways installed with plantation shutters. The work is absolutely wonderful and the shutters really have improved the look of my home. Having said that, there are two major negatives which led me to give four stars and not five. The first, albeit somewhat minor but annoying, is that they didn't clean up the area of their work leading to me finding screws and other items (from pulling down the old shutters). The second and more major one is that in the bedroom, they clearly made a mistake from the time they came to measure to the actual installation. As you can see from photos, the bed is in the way so the left shutter should be the one to come out first. When Mike came, he accurately mentioned this but the actual shutter was that the right one is the one that comes out first (and which is problematic because the bed is in the way) and the left cannot come out because the right one is held back by the bed post. I think they realized it during install but just didn't bother. Having said that I would actually use them again but would definitely keep an eye on them to make sure the order came out right.

Truly one of the most honest and straightforward service experiences I've had in a long time. I brought in a pair of platform sandals that I absolutely love. I had bought them from a friend who had previously tried to fix a broken strap with strong glue, and I was hoping the strap could be replaced or at least repaired so the damage wouldn't be noticeable or cause further issues. The man who helped me (who I think is the owner) was completely upfront. He explained that attempting to try to fix the strap could actually end up damaging the shoe even more because of the unknown type of glue that was used. The last thing I wanted was for the shoes to be ruined. Instead of just taking my money and trying something risky, he genuinely advised me to leave it as is. Even so, he still spent about 10 minutes working on them to improve their appearance. When he brought them back out, they looked so much better--I was honestly impressed. On top of that, he charged a very fair and reasonable price for his time and effort, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and skilled to repair your shoes, bags, or luggage, I highly recommend coming here. Your items will be in good hands with someone who truly knows what they're doing. The only reason you might leave disappointed is if you don't like hearing the honest truth about what can (and can't) be fixed. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!!

We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Never use this company !!! I spent $5800 for a double wood front door 3 years ago. First off, it…read morewas supposed to be primed before installation. It was not. Second, it was a green door, meaning, it was not totally cured and oozed out sap for 4 months. 6 months later, the door cracked. After several months, they agreed to a new door. When it came, it was not measured correctly so I had to wait another 6 months for the next door. so now the door is installed, I had to pay again to get it repainted. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

I had window treatments done by Dream House Interiors for my laundry room (which does not look like your typical laundry room YAY!) and my office (gorgeous) 10 years ago. Considering how much time and attention Farzi put forth on my projects it's not a wonder that I still love them and love the compliments that all my guests give me when I entertain!! Currently I have several other rooms where the furniture and window treatments need to be updated. I have once again called upon Farzi and while I know they stay very busy at Dream House Interiors, I have chosen to wait because no one does it better! After explaining what I was looking for, they came to my house with all the right sample fabric books and created an exquisite masterpiece of a bedspread, various pillows, bench covering, bed throw and vanity seat. JRP removed all doubt. They first built our kitchen, which people often say looks like something straight out of a Japanese Michelin restaurant. A year later, we brought them back to rebuild the rest of our home including bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, family room, and backyard patio. We received every detail both JRP and I could think of, including things most people skip over like kerfed door jambs, mudded in vents, and trimless smoke detectors, and JRP delivered flawlessly. The result is beyond what we hoped for and honestly a bit inconvenient now because everyone keeps telling us to submit our home to Architectural Digest :) We are immensely thankful to the entire JRP team for their craftsmanship, patience, and commitment to making our vision a reality. I've recommended JRP to everyone who has asked and will continue to do so without hesitation.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with JRP, and we couldn't be more pleased. There are…read morea lot of things that we loved about JRP (and the people that we worked with), but I'll focus on a few highlights: Design Process: Our success started with the design. We spent a few months working with one of their designers, Danni Krueger. After we provided Danni with our ideas and inspiration photos, she created two different design options for us to consider. Her designs not only dramatically improved our kitchen's functionality (e.g., adding a lot more storage and counter space), they also were aesthetically beautiful. She recommended many things that we could never have come up with on our own. Danni is also super personable and easy to work with. Planning/schedule: Have you ever been frustrated about contractors starting a project and then having long periods of time where nothing seems to happen and your project grinds to a halt? That was the opposite of our experience. At the outset of our project, JRP provided a detailed schedule that we could follow on an app (Buildertrend). They had someone doing some sort of work nearly every day, so it always felt that we were moving the ball forward. They provided us daily updates (with pictures) to share what they had done that day and what they planned to do the next. Occasionally, when there was a necessary schedule change, they promptly communicated it along with the reason. Team: Day-to-day, we dealt mostly with Grant Walker (Project Manager) and Regin Wilson (Superintendent). At least one of them showed up every day to give direction and make sure the work was getting done right. These are highly professional, solid guys, and we completely trusted them with our home. If something wasn't done right (which invariably happens in every large project), they were usually the ones to identify it and make sure it was properly fixed. No arguments, and no headaches or stressful conversations that you might be used to having with a contractor. JRP seems to understand that this is the last thing you want to deal with. It's so refreshing. Finished Kitchen: Finally, we couldn't be happier with the final product. Our kitchen is amazing, and everyone who has seen it has been highly impressed. We plan to stay in our house for a while, and our new kitchen will make that time much more enjoyable. *** We have done several remodeling projects over the years, and we've worked with numerous contractors. We have never dealt with a better company than JRP. They might seem a bit pricier than some of their competitors, but that doesn't mean they are more expensive. That's because you are paying not only for the quality, but also for their professionalism and for your peace of mind. JRP is a one-stop shop, and they really delivered. We couldn't be happier with JRP.
