I just bought a condo and wanted to replace the old carpet with hard flooring. I got estimates from 5 different people, but it was no contest, I went with Tony. When he first came to assess the place to provide an estimate, he explained in detail what he would do and how, what to look out for, etc. Not only did Tony have the best price, but also the best value. I was debating between laminate or SPC vinyl floors, but because my condo has specific rules about soundproofing, Tony gave recommendations on specific flooring and underlayment for my concrete subfloors. I did my own research between SPC and laminate to see which was safer (no hazardous chemicals), which had better soundproofing, water resistance, wear and tear, etc. In the end, my research confirmed Tony's recommendations, and everything turned out great! Tony and his team did an amazing job. They installed all the flooring and soundproofing, redid the stairs with white risers, and added new baseboards throughout. They finished the whole job in one week, and I couldn't be happier with the results. A few things that stood out: 1- Tony's excellent communication throughout the entire process. 2 - The great teamwork of his crew. They weren't just random contractors, but a well coordinated team with great camaraderie. 3 - There was a gap at the base of the stair rail, but the guys fixed it while doing the last step. They didn't have to since that wasn't part of the job, but they did anyway and it looks great now. I absolutely recommend Tony for your flooring projects! At the very least, get a quote from him.
