"My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and on the path to your dream brows" is a false statement as she did quite the opposite and ruined my day. I asked her for a lighter color to fill mine in, but the "premium" pencil she handed to me is actually a shade darker than the shade I had on when I walked in the door. I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated. Her space is decorated in a modern, chic way that draws you in, with light music always on in the background. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for brow services.
